When I first posted about Al & Tipper Gore getting a divorce, I remember someone wrote in the comments something about it being 40 years so they needed to suck it up until death. I have repeated that often. So, you know it had to be something other than Al recycling everything. Well, the reason they are divorcing, at least according to Star Magazine is that Al has been spreading his carbon footprint with Laurie David, who is the ex-wife of Larry David.
“Al and Laurie went from friends to lovers," an insider tells Star. "It couldn’t be avoided."
Umm, well yeah it could have been. Keep everything zipped and it can be avoided.

The other scandalous version of the story, which is more intriguing given Laurie David's denial, is that Al has been having a gay affair.

Who cares if she was so self righteous, if she was with regards to the music, we didn't hear a peep from Gore the Bore to have her stop it. He was telling her to do it for political reasons. It probably got him more of the independent and conservative votes at the time when he ran for US Senate in Tennessee. Tubber was also pro-life for the longest time until Al became ingrained in politics. So it sounds to me she made all the sacrifices. The fact their two daughters are getting divorced tells me they're a dysfunctional family and we all know who was at the head of it.
ReplyDeleteI knew Al Gore was cheating on Tipper in 1991 - 19 years ago - I was told by a close colleague of Sheryl Handler, Pres. of the former Thinking Machines Corp, near Boston, that Sheryl was having a hot affair with Al back then...I think Tipper finally decided that she has gotten all the perks from being Al's wife, and now she can be free to posssibly have a husband who adores her enough not to cheat.
