Shia LaBeouf Is A Walking Apology

Last week when Shia LaBeouf landed in Cannes and was asked about Transformers 2, every other word out of his mouth was sorry and he promised that Transformers 3 would be much better and that he knows they let everyone down with the second installment. Then, over the weekend, he issued another mea culpa when asked about Indiana Jones by giving the exact same answers he gave when asked about Transformers.

"I feel like I dropped the ball on the legacy that people loved and cherished," LaBeouf said, explaining that this upped the ante for him before he began shooting the "Wall Street" sequel. "If I was going to do it twice, my career was over. So this was fight-or-flight for me."

Apparently what happened in Transformers 2 was counted in this list last week, but not over the weekend. Well, I would probably do the same thing too. Indiana Jones and Transformers 2 and Wall Street. Hmmm, which ones will be remembered the longest. Still though, if he starts saying Holes was messed up because of him, then he really needs to start coming up with a new way to answer questions.

  3. Honest is one thing, but he will be pissing off some of the biggest $$$ men in Hollywood.

  4. And yet he's going to star in Transformers 3. What the heck makes him think that #3 will be any good if #2 sucked eggs big time?

Shut up Shia and sit your young azz down!

  6. typical insecure actor over his talents vs. success he has had and doesn't think he deserves it.

He will be fine and keep acting.

If he truly feels he is ruining legacies, then he could just not sign the contract to do the jobs.

He doesn't appeal to me at all. I don't even know what it is, I just know I don't like him.

  9. Shia is a cutie and I have a soft spot for him... He reminds me of the hippie stoner who never thinks before he talks and just blurts out shit... *shrug* he's ok with me.

  10. Count me in on the ones that love Shia. I have such a crush on him. If I were a teenaged girl I would have posters of him all over the place but I think it would be frowned upon for a 40-year old married woman to do that. =(

  11. Another fcuktard that never apologized for using the N-word, and oddly enough me thinks he may have a little Africana somewhere in him.

All of his movies suck because he's an awful actor.

    The End.

  12. Yeah, I thought he was hilarious in Even Stevens.

Haven't liked much of what he's done since. He should do a guest spot on the Office- he could out do Jim in making weird faces to the camera.

  13. So I finally just watched Transformers 2, and you know it's bad when you're sick of explosions in an ACTION movie. It started off okay, but dragged on WAY too long to the point my action-loving bf wanted to turn it off part-way through the last battle that lasted about half an hour. Still better than GI Joe, though.
