Chrishell Stause Says Matthew Morrison Cheated On Her
You know what I love about new hit show? I like all the new cast members and all the stories that suddenly appear in the light. Star Magazine interviewed Chrishell Stause, who is on All My Children. Well, it was not that long ago that she was engaged to Matthew Morrison. She broke it off though because she thought he was cheating on her.
“I decided to break off our engagement because I believed he was seeing other people and just wasn’t ready to fully commit.”
Well, I will say that it is better to find these things out before you get married and not after you have had a wedding and maybe some children. Calling off an engagement hurts but not like calling off a marriage. Oh, and who was the person that had caught his eye? The main guess is Lea Michele when they were starring on Broadway together.
"People"? Could be men she's talking about.
ReplyDeleteha! gretchen beat me to it. ding ding ding goes the gaydar!
ReplyDeleteAwww, poor Amanda. First a crazy Mama and now a cheating fiancee.
ReplyDeleteIsn't her Pine Valley husband Gay too?
I don't believe Lea Michelle and Matt Morrison ever did a Broadway show together- it's Jonathan Groff that did "Spring Awakening" with Lea.
ReplyDeletemy co-worker is a family friend of Matthew Morrison he is 100% straight. He just gets lumped in to the gay rumors becuase of the musicals. Think about the ass this guy gets, every boy is gay but him on Broadway.
ReplyDeleteShe is with one of the castoffs of the Bachelorette now. And he has a girlfriend also.
I met Chrishelle and her now-boyfriend (the ex Bachelor guy) not that long ago. They seemed very happy together. And in speaking with the boyfriend - this sounded like a reunion. They had broken up before, been with other people and then reunited. I hope he doesn't have a girl on the side. That would make me sad as they were adorable with each other.
ReplyDeleteLea Michele and Matthew Morrision have never been in a broadway show together.
ReplyDeleteNo, but the Broadway community of working actors is a small one -- and he was doing *very* well in Light On The Piazza at the time -- and Lea goes after the big names.
ReplyDeleteChrishelle talked about him cheating a few years ago; Star may be quoting an old interview. I can't believe she'd give that quote now that she's moved to LA with AMC.
I find the wording of her comment strange. Like, wouldn't you either say, he cheated or he didn't? If you're not sure, why mention it? It makes it sound like she had a suspicion and he just went, "Well okay then, if that's what you think, I'll just walk away!" WEird.
ReplyDeleteRocketQueen -- some men are relieved to be offered a way out of the commitment, especially if it's clear the bride is certain about the hookup but doesn't want to come out and say it.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she was hoping he'd deny it. In a sad way they both sort of save face with this method.
And I can guarantee you that Lea would have made very sure word got out about the hookup. She was shopping for connections and maybe a notch on her belt, not a commitment -- but it was probably a hoot for a Joisey goil to let it be known she'd knocked boots w/ a good-looking Cali guy from a pretty blond soap actress.
ReplyDelete(maybe Lea was dissed by a soap's casting office; there's a reason all those soap stars look alike.)
Actually, I remember the interview she gave when the engagement firt ended. She said they broke up because "he thought monogomy was a tree." I remember because I laughed out loud when I read that...
