Today's Blind Items

This B-/C+ television and movie actress is pregnant. Recently she posed next to the girlfriend of her baby's father. Yep she had no qualms or issues posing for photos next to the girlfriend who is herself a B-/C+ movie and television actress. The girlfriend has no clue.

  1. Enty: I love CDAN- I visit it every day. But I can't deal with the loud advertisements and I'm unwilling to go download a different browser just to read your blog in peace. I'm sorry to say, you've lost a reader in me. Such a shame.

  2. Noscript is your friend. :)

  3. Zak - use the mute button - that's my simple solution to this annoying problem.

    ReplyDelete
  4. I think Enty may have fixed it..? Its not doing it for me anymore...
For the BI - who is preggo these days?

    ReplyDelete
  5. yeah... it bums me out when i get accosted by ads too... i miss the old page.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I have no idea but this is juicy!!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Wow. I have to say I love the BI's getting posted at 4 instead of 5. Us East-Coaster's are usually driving home when it gets posted :)

And, Enty, I also have to TOTALLY agree with Zak. I LOVE LOVE this site, but with all the advertisements popping up and the loud "Congratulations, you won!"..Well let's just say it is really irritating. Also I don't know about anyone else, but this page now takes a good 1-2 min. to fully load (that is, if it dosen't freeze up my computer).. What's the deal? I don't want to stop coming here.. I just wish you would change back to how you had it before. Not all of us out here reading at work have the luxury to download another browser. In fact, I tried, but it wouldn't work.. :(
    Please change back Enty!!

Sorry for the pity party. I've been meaning to bring it up, and Zak beat me to it... I'll stop now!

As for the Blind.. IDK.. but it's juicy! I can't wait to read the guesses.

  8. I agree Keli. I just keep my computer on mute until there is something I want to hear.

Zak I think you are going to have to leave the internet if you don't like those sorts of ads...they are everywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I'm assuming that she has not revealed her pregnancy yet so this person is not showing. But its a bit too vague for me to decipher.

    ReplyDelete
  10. taylor momson? she's leaving the show. penn badgley?

although, it would be statutory rape.

plus, i don't think she would keep it.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I'M ON MUTE ALSO...IT MAKES ME CRAZY

    ReplyDelete
  12. someone from Melrose Place/Gossip Girl or 90210?

    ReplyDelete
  13. I HATE the auto-play ads but if they can help Enty afford CDAN, using mute is the least I can do.

Enty, thanks for delivering original content five days a week and for creating a forum for this fabulous community to gather. I work in interactive entertainment and know how difficult - and costly - this endeavor can be.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Well said, TinselSass.

Downloading a new browser and using the anti-ad stuff is REALLY not that hard, people. It'll save you grief for hundreds of OTHER sites down the road at the SAME TIME.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Michelle Trachtenberg, Hilary Duff and Kristen Bell are shown together in the pictures. All three would qualify as B-/C+ TV/Movies. Bell and Trachtenberg with Dax Shepard as the father?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Re: annoying ad.
I blocked ads.adbrite.com with my ABP add-on on Firefox and that seems to have done it.
I agree with TinselSass, since I'd hate to give up any site features if Enty couldn't afford them without the ad(s). [But I prefer the blocker to muting, so went the extra step.]

Sorry--no idea on the blind yet. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  17. Really though, for those who use Firefox, there's a great add-on called Noscript that blocks whatever you want it to. Annoying java adds, any picture, etc. It's worth a download.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Ooh..I like the Trachtenburg/Bell guess. I actually thought to myself that MT looked preggers/bloated in the face when I saw that pic...

    ReplyDelete
  19. I downloaded Ad Block add on in Firefox as per suggestion. I can't give up my CDAN addiction. :)

Re: the blind item - What a ballsy you know what.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I was thinking of all the "up and comer" girls who posed for the Vanity Fair Cover. Maybe two of them would work in this blind.

    ReplyDelete
  21. @Slattshe - I thought the SAME thing! Duff is engaged, so Michelle sounds right! Guess we'll find out soon.....

    ReplyDelete
  22. I've had some phantom virus scan pop up in the last couple days while here. I think it is one of those advertisers. Also causing the site to download slowly.

    ReplyDelete
  23. like the trachtenberg/bell guess.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Michelle Trachtenberg looks like she might be pregnant, and I'm not just saying that because she looks heavy, but she's definitely trying to cover her stomach in the pic with Hilary Duff and Kristin Bell. I'm guessing she slept with Dax, otherwise Enty would have said fiance... although maybe Mike Comrie visited the set of Gossip Girl when Hilary was on it.

  26. I was going to comment that Michelle Trachtenburg looked pregnant in that photo! I'm guessing her for the pregnant one.

    ReplyDelete
  27. perez hilton's site doesn't need to use those stupid 'congratulations you won' ads.

    just sayin.

but this site is so much better than perez, so i'm just going to have to grin and bear it.

it is really small in the grand scheme of things. the goss is still the best.

    **steps down from soapbox.

    ReplyDelete
  28. MAC is was thinking the vanity fair shoot too. So, Mia Wasikowska (In Treatment and Alice in Wonderland) and Amanda Seyfried (Big Love and Mamma Mia) are my guesses.

  29. I think Kristen and Dax are engaged.

  33. WTF? I've never had a problem with the ads until now because I use firefox, but this is nuts! PLEASE fix them! As someone who reads at work and keeps the volume up to listen to music, this could get me into trouble if I visit at the wrong time. :(

    ReplyDelete
  34. If you have firefox then install the adblocker ad-on.

Yes it is annoying but this is a free site and Enty has to run it somehow.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Turn off the noise! I listen to Internet radio while surfing. The audio ruins my experience.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'm with Zak, this has been bugging me and I've stopped visiting so often. The mute doesn't work for me because I often use my computer to listen to music or watch TV and I'll switch tabs. Very annoying (and LOUD)

    ReplyDelete
  37. I have to agree - the audio ads are very off-putting :(

    ReplyDelete
  38. I am glad instead of discussing blinds, people are just whining. That is so much more interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Alice is right, Kristen & Dax are engaged.

  40. Is there ad-blocker software for Chrome?

    ReplyDelete
  41. I have no idea but Michelle does look a bit heavy, but I guess that everyone next to Hillary and Kristen, who are tiny, will look heavier.

@KLM there is, look for it in chrome complements or add-ons

    ReplyDelete
  42. Yep, the cacophony of ads was worse today than it's ever been. For a second I thought I was having a psychotic break but for it to be about multiple types of dish soap might be weird ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  43. Ack! The ads are 500 times worse than usual. Not only did it take the page a few minutes to load, I'm stuck listening to the soap ad play over itself about 5 times.

Enty, there has to be a better way than these ads with audio. I don't believe in ad blockers (since obviously, that deprives you from view revenue), but this is completely out of control!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Enty,

Is there a reason why you can't use Googleads? They pay way better than Adbrite and Googleads are slightly better quality. You can do 3 image ads and 3 text link ads with Googleads.

Adbrite pays a pittance and you have to use so many ads just to make slightly more than a pittance. I dunno. I tried Adbrite once and after a week made about $1 so it wasn't worth the obtrusiveness. Of course, I don't have your traffic so I don't know how much money the ads translate for your website.

I gotta tell ya though, I used to visit multiple times a day, and now it's just once or twice so I don't have to deal with all those ads.

And folks, if you use adblockers, the ads don't load for you so no impressions means no money for CDAN.

I have no clue about the blind item. I usually don't, but I like seeing people's guesses.

    ReplyDelete
  45. When I saw the picture of MT with Duff and Bell my first thought was that she didn't look right. Pregnancy might be the explanation.

    ReplyDelete
  46. No clue on the blind. The ads are a pain but agree enty's humor and insights are worth remembering to hit the mute button. Umm, changing browser is not an option for some using work computers that don't allow such changes.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I must have that ad blocker on my work computer, because they don't show up for me! :D Running Firefox.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I am with Zak. I have been having the same issues with these intrusive ads for the past week or two. I will stop visiting this site if the noisy ads do not go away.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I don't understand how having this blog costs anyone money. It is a blogspot blog which costs nothing to create.

Granted, there is a a specifc domain name for it but domain names are not all that expensive either.

Last year, Enty asked for money and I made a contribution through pay pal. I never got the book he promised. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  50. The problem with the ads must be a regional thing. I've never had any problems here and I use multiple computers throughout the day.

    ReplyDelete
  51. It is not the blog that costs money. It is the pictures that Enty puts up. No, you can't just throw up pictures that are licensed.

He/She has buy them. Plus Enty devotes a lot of time to this so if Enty can make some money off of it then good for Enty. Perez Hilton made a career out of it so should Enty.

    ReplyDelete
  52. the advertisements are making my computer slow/freezing! wtf????? and they are all talking at once!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Ad Block works, folks. I saw occasional complaints now and then and had NO CLUE what you guys were talking about. And I keep my volume up to listen to Pandora while on my computer. It's free. It works. Enty gets to keep the ads. You get to enjoy Enty. Problem solved?

    ReplyDelete
  54. This is all new to me. I have NEVER had any pop-up ads appear when visiting this site. We use Avira spyware as far as I know it's free....

    ReplyDelete
  55. ten ads at the bottom of the page making a horrible, annoying racket. I will check back in a few days, but if it's still like that, good bye. there are other sites out there. and no site is worth that headache.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I hate the ads enough that I'll stop reading here very soon.

Cut down on the number of photos you post, if you need revenue that badly. I personally never look at them anyway. Like I really care about looking at a picture of Marlee Matlin, Edie Falco or Arsenio Hall?

The loud ads have really ramped up in the past few weeks.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Enty probably could use the extra cash these ads generate. I just have to hit a key on my keyboard to mute. Yes it's annoying, but this is my favorite gossip site and it's free! Enty may have better things to do than dig up cool pics - not to mention all these juicy BI's - and the little cash he probably makes from the ads allow him access to the pics that I love so much.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I forgot - I'm with the Trachtenberg/Shepard/Bell guess.

    ReplyDelete
  59. If the noisy ads keep this site going, I can deal with the mute button, too. I am just grateful for all the Enty puts into the site. Don't forget that those images that are so fun to look at cost $.

As for this blind, no idea, but I like the Michelle T. guess. Wasn't she maybe the blind about the backstabbing actress on a show trying to undermine the co-stars?

    ReplyDelete
  60. For those suggesting to just turn down the volume...that would be fine on most posts, but what if he's posted a video? The first post I checked today (Conan) had video, so before I could watch it I had to individually pause/stop what seemed to be a long string of dish soap ads before I could watch CoCo. Its not that big a deal but it is annoying. I have ZERO problems with Enty running ads on the site and think he would be foolish NOT to.

That being said, there has to be another way to display them though and certainly not have them all go off at the same time?? Meanwhile, I have installed the ad blocker so problem on my end is solved.

LOL seriously! Maybe everyone can email Ent about their concerns so we can get on with the blinds? BECAUSE I NEED to know who this is - this IS a juicy one! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  62. With Ad Block, you can still listen to the videos.

    ReplyDelete
  63. we got the phantom virus, too, while i was open on CDAN and facebook. My husband had to totally wipe the hard drive. Very annoying. I'm convinced it came from here. Sorry, enty.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Huh, I kind of feel like I'm missing out...I use Chrome, and have never had any pop-up ads or any music. And as far as I know, I don't have any extra ad-blocker.

    ReplyDelete
  65. OK so I just went through the random pics & saw the Michelle Trachtenburg (sp?) picture. I never like to comment on someone's weight if they appear to have GAINED weight, but...those are definitely some pregger looking hips she's got there. Either it's a HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS angle, or girlfriend's pregnant (& quite possibly the answer to our blind.) I say again - JUICY!!!!!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  66. i love how people who rarely post (myself included) will come out of their holes to bitch about some advertisements. please, we come here for a good time and it wouldn't be the same without the pix, so if the ads help him pay for them, then who cares?? would you rather him ask for donations again? lose the pix altogether? it's a lose-lose for enty, cuz someone's going to bitch regardless of ads.

get firefox or get over it. the internet is a pretty big place and this isn't the only site using these ads. you're going to survive, i promise!

as for the blind... MT has such a big mouth, wouldn't she have let something slip by now if she was messing with a taken guy, much less pregnant? hmm...

    ReplyDelete
  67. I have no idea who the bi is.

I never noticed the ads until now because I always have my computer on mute. But I do love all the random photos and the reader comments and noticed that lately Enty has been posting three parts almost every day. THANK YOU! I would hate for that to end. He has to buy these pictures, so the ads pay for them.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I have no idea what everyone is talking about. I use multiple computers throughtout the day and never once had any ad make noise at me.

I'm not feeling any of the guesses so far, I feel like those people are too young for this. Not sure why, just do. We need more clues!

    ReplyDelete
  69. okay, i posted this on the conan post, but i want people to see it.
this is NOT enty's idea, it is purely MINE.

can we PLEASE take some of our tax refund dollars and take up a collection for our beloved CDAN, get rid of the annoying fucking ads (hello? PETA?) and the stupid talking and music? it would be well worth it to me, and i'm sure those of us willing to give. if you are not willing, DON'T give, and DON'T bitch.
    and write this down, somebody:
THIS WAS BIONIC BUNNY'S IDEA, DAMMIT, SO DON'T BITCH AT ENTY IF IT HAPPENS!!!

thank you very much, we now return you to your regular programming.

    ReplyDelete
  70. like we need another two cents worth -but I use firefox and haven't encountered any audio ads even though I haven't fiddled with settings at all. Never had a problem at work either...

    ReplyDelete
  71. pop-up blocker, people. if you have the yahoo or google toolbar, it's under the options.

    ReplyDelete
  72. oh, i've got mine on mute, but it also heats up the laptop quicker.
and my yelling was to get everyone's attention, not to stir up trouble.
this is the first time i've seen this, but it does explain why everything else is running a tad slower (not much, i'm on a mac) when cdan is open in the background.

and dax and kristen are definitely engaged, i have fallen madly in love with "parenthood" and i had to go look him up, figure out what i'd seen him in. was driving me nucking futz. but, yeah, it's in his imdb bio.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Everyone who has been having problems should run "virus" checks ... more than one. The last time I had one, McAfee did not notice it, so I turned off McAfee installed and ran Spybot Search and Destroy. Yep. Found and destroyed the sucker. Then I uninstalled S&D and turned McAfee back on. S&D will be re-installed the next time I have a problem. I would leave it installed, but sometimes these programs do not play well together.

The problem I had appeared on certain sites, yet the problem sites would sometimes change, so I suspected a "virus" rather than specific sites.

The next thing I did was to add the NoScript Add-on to my Firefox browser to protect from the naughty scripts that can cause the problem. I can allow scripts when needed, but meanwhile lots of ads are history.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I don't know a damn thing about ads or Firefox, but I DO know MT is a Cunty McCuntFace and I would LOVE it if her bitch ass was knocked up...LOVE it. I would be walking around smiling all damn day...

    Spill the deets, Enty!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Time will tell on THIS one

    ReplyDelete
  76. I hate the pop-ups announcements. I am @work and cannot download firefox just to surf gossip sites. I get caught everytime I come on here b/c honestly I dont remember to mute my computer. Its a real bitch and has caused me to come onto this site less. I love this site but pls do something about those ads. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Enty can't win. If he puts ads on the page to get some revenue, people whine about THE NOISE. If he asks us to donate to the site to pay for pictures, people cry scam.

I think Chopper Read said it best when he said: "Take your skirt off, cancel your manicure, grow a mustache, and HARDEN THE FUCK UP!".

  78. Long time lurker, first time commenter here. I use Safari on a mac and have never had a pop up from cdan. Also another option is to use a reader. I use google reader and only actually come to the site if I want to look at the bi comments, but for the daily photos and other posts I just read them there.

    ReplyDelete
  79. But is she planning on keeping it?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Jessica Capshaw of Grey's Anatomy just announced she is pregnant. She is married so maybe she had a little side fling and doesn't mind the g/f.

  82. I recommend http://dogoodhq.com/
for those of you who can't stand ads

    ReplyDelete
  83. love how this post is about cancelling ads and not the BI XD!

using firefox (which is a LOT better tha internet explorer) you don't have problems

    thanks for all the tips!

I'm not about to gripe about the ads because I love this site even with the ads, but just to throw some confusion in the mix, I use Firefox both at work and at home, and last night I added the adblock thing on my home Firefox...came to the site, and the noise from the ads was overwhelming, they all talk on top of each other. Weird, huh? I solved this problem by pressing one button on my speaker and turning off the sound, but it's odd that I never heard the noise from them until after installing the adblock. LOL

Oh..Bionic...speak for yourself, some of us don't get refunds. I had to pay $900. :(

    ReplyDelete
  85. Like many of us have said earlier; We are not allowed at work to download another browser. I tried, but it wouldn't work. I certainly cannot ask my IT guy why :)
I'm not so much worried about the loud ads, as much as, the virus' I may get. Ever since this started, at least 1 out-of 3 times I log on, my computer freezes and I have to restart. I also run: Spy-Bot, AdAware, and Malwarebytes' every week. I defrag and clean my temp. folders every week too.

I'm not going to stop coming here, I love this site. I just wish it loaded like it used to, and not freeze up on me.. freaking me out that I've gotten a virus..

    The End.

    ReplyDelete
  86. How about Tiffani Amber Thiessen - she is pregoo right now.

    ReplyDelete
  87. So.. So-Far-So-Good today!!

Hooray! Maybe Enty listened. I have logged on a couple of times and not had any problems :)

My vote is still for MT..

    ReplyDelete
  88. @Icecat- I AM the IT guy (well, girl) and trust me, don't even bother asking because the second someone asks something similar to that, we know what you're doing, if we don't already ;)

    ReplyDelete
  89. i agree with HH...cant win either way.
just wait until the end of the day and look at the site at home if you cant remember to put the computer on mute at work.

    ReplyDelete
  90. I agree with delilah.

Also I use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer because IE took too long to download.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Anonymous10:00 AM

Amazingly after we moved our server off-site and started connecting via cable internet and all kinds of other spiffy technology, we had problems with IE and our IT guy MADE us download Firefox. Makes me happy!

    ReplyDelete
  92. @Syko- yeah, I usually hook the people up here that I like and get them all kinds of nifty stuff like Firefox. People who suck suffer with crappy IE :D

    ReplyDelete
  93. LOL @Just Another Blonde :)

Luckily, I work for a very small Mom & Pop shop, so I don't think I'm being spyed on. Thank God.. BUT If I we're to ask, yes it's exactly what you said :)

    ReplyDelete
  94. It's quite odd to read how people on here tell others what to do if they want to be able to enjoy this site without being disturbed by annoying ads and in what a tone it is done.

I don't have problems with this site and never had but still I think it's the provider (Enty) who should cater to his clients' (readers) needs and not the other way round.

Enty wants to make money with this site by placing ads then he should make sure that those ads don't disturb the readers with loud sounds etc. and/or - even worse - giving them a virus.
Otherwise, he doesn't have to be surprised if a) the readers stop coming to this site or b) the readers are forced to use ad blockers which would prevent him from getting any revenue for placing those annoying ads in the first place.

So it's either pestilence or cholera with those kinds of ads.

    ReplyDelete
  95. OMG, today the ad noise came on for me for the first time (I use Chrome) and I almost spilt my drink! It was like a bunch of them were going off all at the same time, which I can't imagine was the intention.

I put my computer on mute, but I don't want to keep it like that. I'm at home so no worries about a boss looking over my shoulder, but Christ, I don't want to have a heart attack every time I check the site!

Enty, do a little spring cleaning on your ads and dump the noisy ones.

    ReplyDelete
  96. I don't get the ads when I'm using my laptop. I have Firefox with Adblocker installed. I'm the only one who has Firefox, so if I go to CDAN when I'm on the family desktop, forget it. All those ads running at the same time scared me! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  97. Firefox + noscript = heaven.
    thank you kind reader!
