Swedish Princess Calls Off Marriage


Swedish Princess Madeleine called off her wedding to lawyer Jonas Bergstrom this weekend. The pair had been dating for about 8 years. Now, what would cause such a last minute breakup? Well, apparently the future husband was caught having sex with another woman at a ski resort. At least that is what I think it says. The report is in Norwegian and I am a little rusty with my Norwegian. A Swedish tabloid says that it wasn't the sex at a ski resort that ended it, but rather just time and that the couple has been broken up for several months. They wanted to hold off on the breakup story until after the wedding this summer of Madeleine's older sister Victoria.
