The Gooper - On Ellen & The Iron Man 2 Premiere
The Gooper is going to be on Ellen this Thursday. To try and get someone to take any interest in it at all, Ellen teased the appearance by saying that Gwyneth talks about wanting to have more kids. It also sounds like she used to smash all her kids toys when they disturbed her until she discovered the magical world of earplugs.
"They're kids and they have to do what they have to do. You just have to wear earplugs sometimes. I started to with all these toys that makes noise, instead of smashing the toys when I haven't slept and, like, lose my mind. I just put on headphones or earplugs." And then of course pass them to their nannies. Maybe if she ate some food and wasn't cleansing every day of her life she wouldn't lose her mind.
Anyway, that is on Thursday. Last night she stopped on the red carpet and spoke to three reporters. One of them was from the LA Times who at least asked a somewhat decent question. The reporters on either side should go to work for Kneepads. 90 seconds of Gwyneth Paltrow not saying much, although you do get a look at her pores.
SHE HASN'T SEEN THE FILM YET ? IT'S THIS THE SECOND OR THIRD PREMIERE SHE'S ATTENDED ?
ReplyDeleteLAINEY MAY KISS HER ASS, BUT I CAN'T STAND THIS WITCH...THAT SAID...SHE REALLY IS WORKING THE CARPET FOR THIS ONE...I ALMOST FEEL SORRY FOR SCARLETT.
Lainey doesn't really like Goop, despite how it may seen. She takes incredible pleasure at how far the stick is up her ass is all. I kinda can't blame her - she provides great smut.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised I don't hear a British accent in there a la Madonna.
ReplyDelete"instead of smashing the toys when I haven't slept..I just put on headphones or earplugs." --Good parenting right there.
ReplyDeleteSo she's saying she doesn't have nannies or that even though she has nannies she can't stand her kids?
One year when I was working at Dayton's the Christmas show gave away toy whistles. Forget smashing the toys, I wanted to smash the kids after a few days. I'm Team Gwyneth on this one.
ReplyDeleteI'm with the Gooper on the IDEA of headphones or earplugs, since I also dislike loud, jarring noises, which children are prone to produce. However, headphones and earplugs cannot promote good parenting: one has to be able to hear the sound of screaming from pain, for instance, in order to react to it. "Mommy, mommy, there's a man trying to break into the house! Mommy?"

ReplyDeleteGOOPER STFU already. No one and I mean no one is interested in what you have to say, not even your husband. He uses ear plugs.
