Random Photos Part Three
Tom Hanks gets the top spot. Not so much for Tom, but for the work he has done to help veterans from World War 2. Here he is comforting a veteran who inspired The Pacific and who broke down crying during a ceremony yesterday.
Alice In Chains - New York City
Your top 12 on American Idol.
The one of a kind Annie Lennox.
When is Amy Adams due anyway?
Umm, Dear Millions Of Milkshakes, While I enjoy your milkshakes tremendously, especially after a night of drinking, I'm worried that you are letting Aubrey O'Day get naked in your kitchen with her dogs where you prepare those wonderful shakes.
One of Amy Winehouse's new fashion designs which are set to hit the market.
One of the worst pictures ever of Beyonce. Top 5 probably.
A first time appearance for Catherine Keener.
Diane Keaton looks pretty damn good doesn't she?
Eli Roth and Peaches Geldof need to get a room.
Seriously.
The long lost Frank Stallone.
Diane Keaton looks awesome!! Wasn't the Godfather like 35 years ago?? Amazing.
ReplyDeleteI am so so so disappointed in Eli Roth's taste in women. *shaking head sadly*
I watched The Burbs last week and was pleasantly surprised to remember that it was really funny and Hanks is really good.
The Tom Hanks pics made me want to cry :( Thank you military folks, for doing something I'm too cowardly to do
ReplyDeleteBeyonce--yuck
At least Amy Winhouse is making something it looks like she already wears--not sure if that's a good thing though
Catherine Keener!
Catherine Keener--please give Mary Poppins back her clothes.
ReplyDeleteAnnie Lennox--soooo very classy and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSkanky O'Day--soooo very not.
I would actually wear that Amy Winehouse dress if it were longer.
Beyonce's kinda looking like a man. Kinda like a chubby man.
Is Peaches still technically married? And whyyyyyyy would you put your lips on her? Ew.
Frank Stallone did NOT used to look like that...is there another brother who bears a slight familial resemblance, or has he had A LOT of work done to look like his brother?
Is Annie the answer to a blind?
ReplyDeleteShe's always wearing that tee....
@Carissa - Whenever things are getting too tense (or intense) at our house, either my husband or I will say, "There's no crying in baseball!" LOL, it usually calms things down and brings a laugh. I got a kick out of that reminder, thanks! :-)
ReplyDeleteEeeewwwww @ Beyonce
ReplyDeleteAlex Lambert was robbed on AI!
ReplyDeleteThose male singers all suck this year!!!
Frank Stallone had a small part in one of my movie obssessions, Staying Alive, and for that I'll always love him.
ReplyDeleteWhoa dude, Beyonce? Seriously? That's some scary shit. I'd hate to see her in the morning.
What is the age difference between Eli and Peaches?
ReplyDeleteHe may have had a lot of work done, but I suspect Frank Stallone is "Far from Over".
ReplyDelete:-)
Tom Hanks -- even he can make a man love watching "You've Got Mail." No more affair rumors, please!
ReplyDeletediane keaton bugs the shit out of me. loved her when she was young. the annie hall thing was cute. it's not cute anymore.
ReplyDeleteDiane Keaton hides under those hats. That Annie Hall look is way too old these days. Time to quit hiding Diane.
ReplyDeleteITA, nancer! she doesn't need that shit anymore! seems woody screws up every woman he touches. shame, too, his early movies were hilarious.
ReplyDeletei also agree w/ altar boy! tom has been dubbed "the nicest man in hollywood" and is a very good actor. he's been one of my favorites since "bosom buddies", probably one of the funniest shows of its time.
he's been in some stinkers that he made better just by being in them.
gol dang Enty you got some good pics in this batch bravo!
ReplyDeleteI love Tom Hanks. Thanks for that picture Enty.
ReplyDeleteDiane Keaton keeps her body up pretty well. I would say "for her age" but I don't want to offend anyone.
I also love Annie Lenox. I hope Enty's caption was a positive one instead of the answer to some horrible blind.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to watch The Pacific. As it debuts on my birthday, I'm considering it my gift since I loved Band of Brothers. I think it was amazing for Tom Hanks and co. to have gotten those veterans to talk before the stories got lost to history. My father was in 2 wars and refused to EVER talk about what he did.
ReplyDeleteFirst time for Catherine Keener?? Why! She is amazing. I want to see her more often.
ReplyDeleteTom looks very emotional in that second photo. It's interesting to wonder what the vet said - Tom seems to be giving him a pep talk. The hand is pulling his face back and he seems quite serious.
Annie Lennox campaigns fiercely for HIV positive women and children in Africa. I heard her talking at a rally on BBC radio; Annie was very genuinely emotional and angry about it. At one point she apologized for sounding so "strident".
ReplyDeleteIt's great the Tom Hanks has the clout to get such great projects done. It's important to hear these stories before all the WW2 vets pass away.
If that's the worst picture of Beyonce ever, then she is still one of the prettiest women ever. Just take off Hollywood blinders and look around you in the real world.
ReplyDeleteWhat is that drawing of a deformed plaid lollipop with a fainting grouchy worm on top and two sticks coming out the bottom? Wow. Fashion gold.
Lol on the pics today! I am staying at this creepy old hotel in Oregon that used to be the lodging for retired Masons while I wait for my gf to get done with her spa treatment...bored out of my mind. These pics were first laugh of the whole day. Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteWell, that's a relief! I had started to like Eli Roth a tiny bit, and now my faith in his awfulness has been restored.
ReplyDeleteTom Hanks looks like a President. I'd vote for him.
Catherine Keener elevates any movie she's in. She helped make 'Percy Jackson' bearable. Still can't believe I let my friend talk me into seeing it.
I bet Peaches and Eli have hot, nasty sex, and really, isn't that what it's all about?
ReplyDeleteI agree about Alex Lambert being robbed - this season of AI is going to suck. I get the vibe that the judges don't really care. Kara crying was the "jump the shark" moment. Good - my weeknights are no longer held hostage.
@Jenny, "fainting grouchy worm on top" HAHAHAHA
ReplyDeleteBeyonce: tranny chic.
