Mischa Barton Has A $8.5M House And It Is For Sale


When I saw that Mischa Barton was putting her home up for sale, it kind of made sense. She doesn't really work much anymore so her income is probably stagnant. Then I saw the price of her home and my jaw dropped along with the bite of Cinnabon in my mouth. No worries though, for a big man I move quickly when it comes to food hitting the floor. The OC was pretty popular but not $8.5M popular. I don't know she ever afforded this house. Maybe she couldn't. Teaser rates were not just for everyday people. It is a really nice house, but I don't know if it is $8.5M nice. Of course it does have six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. When you live alone and have ten bathrooms do you think you would ever use them all? Do you feel guilty if you are not using the other five bedrooms?
