Get Better Andy Whitfield
I love the show Spartacus. I don't think I have missed an episode yet. The star of the show is Andy Whitfield who is great. While having a routine physical exam prior to the start of filming the second season it was discovered he has non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Apparently the doctors caught it early and a statement from Starz said the cancer is very treatable. Let us certainly hope so.
GLAD THEY GOT IT EARLY...GET WELL
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure we're getting this show yet in Canada - anyone?
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait till it's on dvd. It's supposed to be great.
ReplyDeletePreventative medicine saves lives...who would have ever thought such a thing possible?
ReplyDeleteYEAH, TELL THE SENATE, TELL CONGRESS...
ReplyDeleteOh, I have been badgering my representatives bi-weekly about the need for healthcare reform.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to him. I caught a few episodes when they were having a mini marathon on Starz. It's a pretty good show.
ReplyDeleteIt's a great show. My husband and I never miss a show and if we do we record it on the dvr lol.
ReplyDeleteDexter now Spartacus... get well!
ReplyDeleteNon-hodgkins lymphoma killed my father - it is one of the nastiest out there. I wish him luck and recovery, but he'll never be free of fear.
ReplyDeleteCancer sucks.
ReplyDeleteI love this show, and I love Andy Whitfield in this role. This is terrible news, and I don't know what to say. He rocks.
ReplyDelete@ rocket queen, i think it's called "spartacus:blood and sand" or something like that, if that helps.
ReplyDeletei haven't seen it, and i don't know if it's on up there, sorry!
