  1. I saw All About Steve and it wasn't THAT bad.

Props to them for nominating Beyonce, though.

  2. I agree with everyone on this list except for Mariah Carey. She was good in Precious.

If they were talking about Glitter than I could understand the nomination. But she redeemed herself in Precious.

  3. madonna, worst actress EVER.

    the rest is subjective.

  4. i see madonna was nominated for worst actress of the decade - what was she even in during this decade?

and why isn't labor pains in the worst movies category?

  6. This is pretty accurate. I love how they included the Jonas Bros.
    Well done.

My vote for worst actor of the decade is most definitely Affleck.

  7. I recall walking out of a Madonna movie '88ish, while stationed overseas on a tiny base with absolutely nothing else to do during a rain storm and we had one TV channel. It sucked that bad.

  8. Freddy Got Fingered is one of my favourite films, but i can understand how other people would find it terrible.

I don't think Lindsay Lohan deserves worst actress of the decade, she's made some bad decisions, but she is at least more talented than Paris Hilton.

  9. I don't think "Freddy Got Fingered" belongs on that list. I thought it had some fairly creative comedic riffs in it and perhaps crated some of the comedic techniques that were used so effectively in "Borat". It was a little hit or miss but by no means bad. The subject matter was distasteful to some people, but that shouldn't be enough to cause its inclusion in the above list. And a lot of people hate Tom Green, but I think this was actually Tom Green at his best.

  11. That Ghosts of GIrlfriends Past is nowhere on this list is ridiculous. I watched it this weekend, and it kept getting worse. The script alone should be here if only because of how insulting it was to women AKA the target audience. Garner and McConaughey were decent, but they couldn't come close to saving something this bad.

  12. How can that Kristen Stewart not be nominated for worst actress???? The girl makes me feel embarrassed for the movie.

  13. Hmm... I think Tom Cruise needs to be added to the nominations for Worst Actor of the Decade. He is worse than everyone on the list (except maybe Ben Affleck!!)

  14. I'm shocked they found five movies that were worse than Bride Wars.

For my money, there is no worse actress than Kate Hudson. However, Madonna, Paris Hilton, and J. Lo come close.

  15. Hey, that wasn't Ali Larter's fault - it was clearly the direction making her so over-the-top. Beyonce, on the other hand, ate that shit up.

Please, please, please let Michael Bay win.

C'mon now, 'I Know Who Killed Me' was a perfectly good Lifetime movie. (I was so thrilled to see it on LMN this weekend, exactly where it belongs.)

Eddie Murphy must win, because I will never ever ever forgive him for 'Pluto Nash.'

As Jax said, Madonna FTW! I will never ever EVER forgive her for 'Next Best Thing.

  18. Anonymous2:29 PM

Worst picture of the decade? None of those listed can even hold a candle to Gods and Generals, which is probably the worst movie ever made.

  19. Travolta/J-Lo
    ALL of them,actually.

  20. I am so proud of myself. I haven't seen ANY of the movies or performances that were nominated, including the worst of the decade. And I occasionally go to the movies, I saw some good ones. I can smell a turd a mile away. I also didn't see Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. Sounds like my money was well saved.

  21. I've only seen the Jonas movie...because I love 'em, damn it. But they deserve this slap on the wrist. HARD. Unnecessarily awful movie. It could've just as easily been just adorable and cool.

  22. I am SO with KIM... Gods and Generals made my eyes bleed, especially after seeing Gettysburg. Oh yeah. Horrific is too good a word.

  23. "I Know Who Killed Me" was awful. Simply awful.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I Know Who Killed Me became a comedy for me. Lindsay's worst acting ever.

I vote for Battlefield Earth for worst of the decade. That is a tough category.

We watched Land of the Lost for the first time on Sunday. I laughed. Not heartily, but some things made me chuckle. But I do have to agree about that Jorma guy. Chaka was TERRIBLE.

  25. I was coerced into seeing New Moon and actually enjoyed it...uh...compared to Twilight. Actually, neither of them lived up to the books. Could be because Kristen Stewart is so damn whiny and annoying! (Loved that part of the lab partner skit when Taylor Lautner hosted SNL!) Have to admit though - I'm planning to see The Runaways. Hope she doesn't ruin it for me...sigh...trying to be optimistic...sigh
