Lindsay Says Her Dad Introduced Her To Coke

I never thought I would see the day where Lindsay Lohan agreed to talk to a tabloid. Scratch that. It is an easy way for her to make a buck so I can definitely see it. Lindsay spoke to The Sun this weekend and took pictures with their reporters and everything. Good time was had by all. She talks about the history of her drug abuse and how she hit rock bottom but is totally clean now. Seriously she says it. I know, I know, but please, try not to hurt yourself laughing. Oh, the best part by far though is when she says this line, "I was only aware of cocaine because of my dad. I was terrified of it. But I tried it because I was stubborn, stupid, and wanted to see what it was like. It's not something I ever want to do again. It made me feel like s***. It became uninteresting to me. I'm hyper anyway and I have that kind of personality so I don't need something like that."

So she says she only started doing coke because of her dad. God, I love the Lohan family. Now Michael can make a couple of bucks responding to this accusation and the circle just keeps going and going. She makes it sound like she only tried coke once. Oh, I have to stop reading. I'm crying from laughing so hard. Wait. Guess why she went to rehab? Ambien. Yes. She said she fell asleep while on Ambien so had to check herself into rehab. Ambien is for sleeping. That is what happens when you take it. Nothing was wrong with her other than she took an Ambien. She cracks me up.

  1. The picture Dlisted has of this story is way better. She looks like she died a month ago and no one told her.

  2. I don't know what is so funny...if this is true it is so sad and tragic.

Like wow...a parent exposed you to drugs.

  3. She's not clear on how her dad was involved. Did he tell her to stay away from it, so naturally she rebelled and tried it? Or did he supply it to her? Purposefully vague.

  4. drug addicts lie. it's the nature of the beast. her dad's an asshole but i'm pretty sure lindsay knew all about coke without any help from him---not saying he didn't do it, however.

she also said in this interview that she's 'allowed' to drink and she knows when to stop. nobody who's really clean from drugs is 'allowed' to drink. if she knew when to stop, she wouldn't be an addict---but she is. so this is all total denial of her problem.

    huge shocker, i know.

  7. Sue Ellen - that is a great line. She died and no one told her. Perfect.

  8. She's got some balls to say she's clean now, considering we all know it's only a matter of time until she gets caught again. That being said, she *might* just be doing prescription drugs right now - no doubt about that.

People like her never want to admit the truth. They live in Never Never Land.

  10. I couldn't read anymore after she used the word 'learnt' in the interview...

  12. Let me first say that I am in no way taking up for this hot mess but I think what she meant by her father is that she knew what coke was because her father used to have an addiction and she had seen it tear apart her family. Dina has no filter so I'm sure she told all the kids about their father's "drug problem". So when she says that she was scared of it, it probably means that she saw what it did to her family and knew it was no good....
Now, let's get back to talking about what a dumb ho-bag she is. : )

  13. Okay question - she says at one point in the interview that she lost herself in cocaine and mind-altering drugs and blah blah blah, but then in the quote here she makes it sound like she only did coke the one time (aka, They Were Someone Else's Pants, You Guys!: The Night Lindsay Became a Little Girl Lost: The Lifetime Original Movie: Not Without My Crack Pipe).

It's almost like she's not being 100% honest or something.

  16. well, prescription drugs are no better. whatever she's doing, she's abusing them and she needs to STOP.

fucking bitch. i'm so sick of lindsay i could just puke.

  17. @motherofratdog,

That's how I read it too when I read the story earlier today. Her parents were both coked-up hobags before, during and after her birth. As a fetus, she was saturated with cocaine, so her chemistry was already prepared for it at birth. It's sad, and although I'm sick of her skankiness, I remember when she used to be the sweetest girl. And that makes me sad.

  18. All I know is that if Michael Lohan introduced her to coke, then Dina made sure that she kept up her acquaintance with it. There were pics a few years ago with Linds and Dina in a hotel room with Jack Daniels and coke on a nightstand.

She is definitely an addict because she thinks she can tell the same story (I'm clean, I had so many demands, They made me do it, etc.) and thinks that the public will just take it at face value. PR people need to inform their clients that this gambit only really works once. This approach has a steep diminishing of returns after initial use.

  19. Assuming she makes it that long, she needs to check herself into Celebrity Rehab season 4, stat. It's probably the only paying gig left open to her that won't require her to use kneepads, and she could use the help of that silver fox Drew (they can bond over their famewhoring ways together).

  20. I think she lies to herself so much, she believes it now. Even as she bends over to snort a line, or pops a pill, she tells herself she is sober.

  21. The article is pretty clear she never did drugs WITH her father but that it was introduced to the entire family when he was using.

When she was shooting either Georgia Rule or I know who killed me she was living at the Marmont, the producers hired a person who's job it was to drag her out of bed in the morning buck naked or in clothes, to the shower to get her up and on the set within a reasonable time for shooting to begin.

Lindsay was hideous half the time she was still high and would fight. The person hated her guts because she was such a mess and behaved as though that's what she thought movie stars should act toward people who were "help" she's a colossal ass, spoiled and stupid.

The girl is not a one time or short time casual user, she's had a variety of substance abuse problems starting when she was 15, it's been a problem for over 8 years and she's ruined her career. I can't believe she has an agent and they allowed an interview that is so easily refuted, now she looks like the liar, drinker and user she is.

  22. Hmmm...the last time I checked-in AA-they do not let you have a drink. Once you drink-time to go through the steps again. OH WAIT! This is the Lohan family. The rules to sobriety do not apply to them. Hell, her 16 year old sister does not go to school because she is working on her "career". Well if her career is mixing a mean vodka tonic or getting the jello and vodka just right for the shots, she is the CEO.
And stop blaming everything on your father. The song is old and tired-like you Lindsay As F-ed up as he is, stop putting your issues on him. Done.

  23. how come she has been out of the tabloids so much? last year you could barely go a day without some post about lindsey..

  24. We are seeing her die right in front of us, in slow motion.

  25. maybe this is just my misunderstanding, but if she had a problem with coke, why shouldn't she be able to drink? i do not know a lot about addiction, so i might be mistaken, but i don't see the problem? she was never addicted to alcohol? (or maybe she was, but i always thought it was a drug problem.) its obvious she's still abusing drugs, but if she really was clean from drugs, but still had a drink now and then, would that be so bad? (if she was a normal person, not lindsay lohan haha)

  26. Can someone please explain how she is able to use drugs and still pass her drug tests? If she is still on probation, wouldn't she be tested frequently?

  27. @emily... No expert, but I think the logic is two-fold. One, if you are a drug addict, having a drink or two is sort of like a gateway drug - it leads to other bad things. Two, if you are a drug addict, I bet it is highly likely that you will develop a drinking problem as well. Again, no expert, but that's what I think. Also, from the pix of Linds at her worst, it appeared she had both a drinking and drug problem. So she should definitely not be having the occasional drink (which I don't believe anyway - if by occasional she means half a bottle of vodka a day, then sure, she is drinking occasionally).

  28. Lindsay, dear... quick question for you...
Take a quick look around. Do you see the pyramids or the Sphinx?
'cause girlfriend, you is neck deep in denial.

  29. KLM is right. a drug is a drug is a drug.
when you enter rehab, they don't even let you have coffee or chocolate. they STRONGLY recommend you quit smoking because the likelihood you will get and stay clean goes way down if you continue to smoke.
it's about being drug-free. if your drug of choice is coke, for instance, and you don't do coke but you drink, you're very likely to get hooked on alcohol.

trading one addiction for another is common----hence, addicts of any kind can't drink or use any drugs once they get sober. that's called a 'relapse.'

she can lie to herself all she wants but she's a very good representation of what i'm saying. she's clearly impaired in recent pictures, and yet she can 'control' her drinking? uh, don't think so.

  30. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that every addict has to work a program for herself or himself. Some addicts try to lead what they perceive as "normal" lives, with "normal" social usage, maybe a glass of wine once in a while, maybe taking a puff of marijuana with friends at a campout, whatever, as long as they remain aware that they are addicts and must fight to prevent the addict personality to take over.

Generally speaking, the addiction will erupt again once an addict takes up any drug, including alcohol, as an attempt to control mood or to return to an out-of-control life. After all, an addict in full-blown using patterns is comfortable because it all makes sense. Sobriety is what seems weird at first!

  31. I don't think that anyone can say for sure that Lilo is still using. She's on probation and passing her drug tests.
