Heath Ledger's Uncle Gets Jail Time - Blames Grief

Heath Ledger's uncle has a lot of nerve. He was sentenced to jail Friday for receiving stolen goods. The maximum punishment for his crime is two years in jail. The guy actually had the nerve to tell the judge that he shouldn't get any jail time because he only committed the crime because he was upset about Heath Ledger dying. Really? So, for the rest of your life that is going to be the excuse? How does taking stolen goods have anything to do with your nephew dying? Now if he had said something like Heath gave him money every month and now he didn't have any that is one thing, but this is really just disgusting to blame something like his charge on Heath's death.

  4. Oh, Heath, how we all miss you so.

He had a lot of shady family memmbers, huh? They just crawled out of the woodwork after his death. Such a shame.
Oh and my favorite thing in the world is when people don't take responsibility for their own mistakes. Grrrrr...

  5. That's just disgusting.

On a (somewhat) related note, I watched Wendy & Lucy starring Michelle Williams on the weekend and unless you have a PVR allowing you to fast forward through, I'd recommend everyone skips it. I do NOT get why it was well-received. Talk about a film that DRAGS.

  7. I'm a first time poster and just wanted to say that Hayden Ledger has done and will always use any excuse to get himself out of the deep hole he digs himself into.
He has constantly used Heath as a tool to further his own agenda, what ever that may be.
Heath was a wonderful guy and it is a damn shame for him to be used in such away, especially by a family member.
