Michael Jackson's Doctor To Be Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter


Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge. Well, almost anyway. Apparently prosecutors are going to try and prosecutors the doctor on a theory of gross negligence. They will still have to get an indictment against him which is usually pretty easy to do. In this case though I'm not sure they will actually get the indictment and I think the odds of convicting him are really long. The doctor administered the drug to Michael, but the thing is, he was allowed to do it so don't be surprised if this just costs the taxpayers of Los Angeles millions in costs and then not getting anything for it. I really would be surprised if the doctor did any kind of jail time.
