  1. I think Patricia Arquette dresses like this just to bug people. It's the only thing I can come up with to justify every bad fashion decision she makes. Plus, I think I might hate Thomas Jane. Smug, self-important dork.

And Mariah, put those things away. It was time to cover it up about five years ago, despite your defiant/delusional ideas. We get it. You have boobs.

  2. I love you Ent, but these pictures are starting to be overkill.

For me Oliva Wilde and Maggie G are best dressed....

Why does Monique not shave? It's seriously nasty....

  4. Is Mo'nique cackling with joy at showing us her Yeti legs? To each their own, but seriously, you did not have to lift the dress UP.

  5. Really sick of seeing Mariah's gross knockers. Blecchhh.

  6. I think Patricia Arquette looked cute, actually. She has worn some pretty unflattering dresses over the years but I thought this one was alright.

NPH and David Burtka - such a handsome couple!

And Mo'Nique and her hairy legs! Hahaha, I love that she is actually hiking her dress up for people to see, I bet someone asked if she had shaved...

  7. I love how Nick Cannon isn't even aloud under Mariah's umbrella:)

  8. Is that Matthew Fox's WIFE?? Sorry but she looks awful. Way way way too much plastic surgery ... she's getting the Jocelyn Wildenstein eyes. He deserves better.

I thought Mo'nique looked fantastic. And I kinda like Patricia Arquette & Thomas Jane. They wear whatever they want and don't seem to care what people think. Kudos!

  9. Enty, don't listen to Laura! Keep the pics coming.

Mariah needs to look at Olivia Wilde and take a lesson in how to do sexy right.

  10. I heard it was raining and Monique didn't want to get the bottom of her dress wet so she hiked it up which resulted in the exposure of those hairy legs. By the way I liked her dress but I don't like her. She couldn't promote the movie but she's crying because she won. GTH Monique.

And Enty thank you for the pictures. I always look forward to them after the award shows.

maggie g. = do not like.

i didn't watch the show, so i just wanna know if someone had to help mariah into her seat a lá british-couch-interview.

nph & bf look the gorge!

chopchop - i'm with you she looks scary - but i think he looks pretty greasy in this photo so they kind of work together!

i love nph and they are a hot couple

olivia wilde is gorgeous - great dress to match the great face and body

mariah is never going to change the way she dresses and i kind of love how out of touch she is that she thinks she looks great - she gives me the giggles she is so ridiculous!

i used to love maggie g but now i just find her annoying and i hate her dress

  14. Saw a close up of Mo'nique's legs at TMZ. It doesn't look like she shaves them ever! I don't quite get wearing a several thousand dollar wardrobe and hairy legs!! That really sort of freaked me out!! Anybody know why?

  15. Maggie G. was too shiney, but so were several others. Nicole Kidman's makeup person should have been in the wings with the face powder.

  16. I love that NPH brought a man-date ;) These times, they are a-changing...for the better!

And Maggie - yes, you consider yourself a fashionista. But, I've seen her wear fur too many times (bring it, haters) so she's dead to me.

Leona's lost a lot of weight!

  17. Oh look - it's Maggie G in her papier maché dress. Mariah's cleavage burned my eyes last night.

Had no idea Thomas Jane was nominated for Hung. I enjoy the show but it isn't that great.

  18. I agree Shakey...I watched every episode of Hung. Good but not "award" good.

OMG I WAS GOING TO SAY THE EXACT SAME THING HAHAHAHAHA! I want to like her so much - but I just can't for that very reason (although her dress is fab, and seemingly carcass-free...this time... ;P )

Ah Marion Cotillard...how I love thee...

I gotta admit, I know very very little about Mo'nique, but I think it's hilarious that she has hairy legs, and doesn't give a shit. Love it!

I am obviously out of the loop, because I thought Patricia Arquette & Thomas Jane were divorced...????

  20. Leona's dress has the same problem Lauren Graham's did. Gorgeous color, rotten satin.

I know you hate her, Enty, but I think Maggie G. looks gorgeous.

I hope these chicks who keep swarming Mickey Rourke are just blissfully unaware of his past. I wouldn't get within ten feet of him myself.

Mo'nique's dress was stunning, but I don't like her either. Remember when Julia Roberts showed up on some red carpet and clearly hadn't shaved her pits in months?

    NPH + bf = ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Thomas Jane really does look like a major dickwad. Jennifer, I think they split for a while then got back together.

  21. ...And this is the part where I'm reminded that I hang w/an alternative/geeky/SCAdian crowd where no one cares whether or not you shave...*sigh* Mind you, I do, but a hell of a lot of my friends of various ethnicities don't bother, so if Mo'Nique doesn't feel like shaving, and her husband doesn't care, then neither should the rest of us. (It's also quite possible that she has sensitive skin and/or has problems w/ingrown hair; never mind shaving--waxing or depilatories are even worse in that regard, says one w/naturally curly hair who knows, alas.) Just because current fashion requires that women be as bare as a Barbie dolls doesn't mean that anything else is disgusting--it's simply a matter of personal preference.

Speaking of people notorious for body hair: none other than the subject of my avatar, Amanda Palmer, was at the GGs last night w/her fiance, Neil Gaiman (whom NBC apparently doesn't recognize, in spite of the fact that he was the nominee last night, for Coraline). In the leadup to the Globes, she was soliciting opinions on Twitter as to what she should wear on the red carpet, and this is what she went with. (BTW, she's wearing silicone nipple shields under the dress, which is a vintage '20s piece.) And, as she gleefully informed us last week, she didn't shave her pits, either, which obviously doesn't bother Neil in the least. ;-)

  22. That pic of Mariah and Nick is freaking hilarious. He gets no umbrella and he looks like he's about to go infront of a firing squad.

  23. I'm sorry, but women with hairy armpits are GROSS.
Anyhoo, I thought the color of Maggie G.'s was absolutely stunning. And Patty A. and Thomas Jane are a hot mess. And he always looks drunk. Rita Wilson wore a granny gown. Somebody style her, because she's too pretty to be wearing stuff like that.
And what the hell is wrong with Mariah? That dress is just stupid.

  24. I don't think body hair on women is gross. It's natural. I still react when I see it, because I'm so used to everyone being clean shaven and sometimes a little bumpy and scabby, which is much nicer, right? Yuck.

  25. Neil and David look SO good together!

Ent- I look forward to the awards because I love coming here to see the pictures.

Olivia looks fantastic. I usually love what she wears and this is no exception.
