Spain LOST Promo
Apparently the producers of Lost don't want clips from the upcoming season shown in promo spots for the series. So, because of that restriction, the various networks around the world which carry the show have had to become much more creative and Cuatro, which is the network in Spain for the show has come up with the best promo ever for LOST. Seriously. If you like LOST and don't take the 45 seconds out of your day for this you will regret it.
that is excellent !! roll on february :)
ReplyDeletewhen you said best promo ever I was thinking along the lines of Chinese scandal reenactment best but you meant actually best best. This is so much more interesting than the promos here in America.
ReplyDeleteEXCELLENT IS RIGHT
ReplyDeleteThat was awethome! (zeta joke)
ReplyDeleteDamn, that was dramatic and intriguing. Great chess board graphics too. I'm ready. When's it start? Hurry up, ABC!!
ReplyDeleteGeez that was great. I'm so psyched for next season.
ReplyDeleteWhat was the song playing in the background. It sounded like Massive Attack or Portishead. Anyone know?
Meh, I prefer all the sci-fi time-travel/electromagnetic energy stuff to the god playing chess and tossing people back in the box randomly stuff. No offense to you all who are religious.
ReplyDeleteana ng: the song is "Everything in its Right Place" by Radiohead. Amazing, haunting song to go with the amazing, haunting trailer!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're a Lostie now, Enty!
ReplyDeleteWhy not show promos here? Are the producers afraid of drumming up some interest in the show? Doesn't seem like a wise decision.
ReplyDeleteCool promo, btw.
so this is just their theory then?
ReplyDeletecaliente
ReplyDeletea mi, que ni me importa un pÃo 'lost', ¡me encantó!
ReplyDeleteI loved it and I am not even a fan. I gave up years ago trying to figure out that show.
ReplyDeleteThe text is from the Fitzgerald translation of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam; it's one of my favourite verses of it.
ReplyDeleteThe reason why they aren't showing clips before it starts (yet) is because any would give away major spoilers (that people who read them already know). Plus they were reshooting some scenes from episode 1 yesterday, so they're still a work in progress.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have ever been quite as excited about a TV Show to start. I am really annoyed that it's going to be on Tuesdays this time around. I have rehearsal on Tuesdays. For the season premiere, I am SO taking the night off. And realistically for the finale as well (hell I'll probably take the WEEK off for that!). I don't know what I am going to do for the rest of it, I don't have TiVO or anything like that.
ReplyDeleteAs my Spanish grandfather would say, "Oye tio, ese vÃdeo está de puta madre!"
ReplyDeleteBless you Enty! I will consider this an early X-mas gift.
ReplyDeleteHarriet, part of me is excited for it to start, but another part of me is really sad, because when it starts that means it's soon going to end, and I don't know what I'll do when there's no more 'Lost.' :(
ReplyDeleteI just had a very exciting thing happen to me! I'm tingling all over!
