Paul Sr. Sues Paul Jr.
Can you feel the chestnuts roasting on an open fire? Where the heck is the good news? TMZ is the latest to try and ruin the holiday in their post about how Paul Teutul Sr. is suing Paul Teutul Jr because Jr. didn't fork over stock in Orange County Choppers like he was supposed to. So, daddy is suing his son for $1M and wants the stock. That is going to be one heck of a Christmas dinner.
I'm too lazy to read all the court documents but it sounds like Paul Jr. might be in charge of the company because dad is suing Paul Jr., and Orange County Choppers. I don't care what is what it really sucks when a dad has to sue his son to get paid in a company the dad started.
for all the shit and abuse Jr. has had to endure from his dad..
ReplyDeleteSr. should just call it even. and when was the last time you saw Sr. lift a damn finger to help?
no wonder poor Mickey is in rehab.
no way that place is still making money especially with their big new digs they built when the economy tanked. look for bankruptcy to follow soon.
ReplyDeleteI always say "be careful what you wish for". It always ends up being much mare than you expected...
ReplyDeletewell that's going to make for an awkward christmas dinner.
ReplyDeleteSorry Ent but you have to look at this one more closely. Junior only has a small share of the company but Senior wants even that little pittance back now that Junior has gone his own way. Senior is and always has been in control of the company.
ReplyDeletei live 2 miles from their company and i know they are both tools and not well liked here anymore. they are also being investigated for fraud because their other company, orange county ironworks, filed for bankruptcy, but they formed another ironworks company and bought the liquidation from the first. so essentially they made money and started a new company from the bankruptcy of the first, but without having to pay any creditors. pretty shady.
ReplyDeleteSuch fun for Mrs. Sr.
ReplyDeletebased on what smooches said, i wonder if this is some kind of back-handed way around some legal problems?
ReplyDeletesad. i saw sr. on bonnie hunt with his dogs, and he seemed like a nice guy. guess i should have watched his show.
I heart Senior.
ReplyDeleteIt's sad that business has come between the family.
I never thought I'd say this, given my penchant for celebrity gossip & reality tv, but I don't have the slightest idea who these people are.
ReplyDeleteSr is an emotional five year old who runs roughshod over everyone around him. I've heard horror stories from tech crewmembers. He also adores Sarah Palin and has numerous crude nicknames for Obama.
ReplyDeleteI hope Jr and the other kid get it all.
There are 4 kids, are there not? I would imagine they each have a share in the company. I doubt we'll know the whole story, but why go after the one who helped build the business?
ReplyDeletePersonally, I agree with Jax. The guy needs to let it go.
Thanks Melody. He's off my list now. Screw him.
ReplyDeleteIronic. I grew up in the same town as this family (sr's). They were dirt poor. Too much, too soon without the ability to deal with it, in sr.'s case. Sad.
ReplyDeleteI have had enough of these rich pea brains. I record the show so I can fastforward through the Teutuls commenst and watch only the crew and the bike. The pea braisn can go soak for all I care.
ReplyDeleteI hope they choke on thier money.
