Jesse James Wins & Loses A Visitation Battle In Court
A judge in Orange County said that Jesse James' ex can spend Christmas Eve with their 5 year old daughter as long as she is returned to Jesse by noon on Christmas. For all of you who are fans of Janine's live from her house X-rated webcam I am sure she will find the time to keep all of you happy after she puts Sunny to bed.
Honestly, despite the fact she has the camera in her house and shacks up with a convicted weapons and drug dealer I am ok with this ruling. The judge turned her down for any other overnight visits which means this is basically just a Christmas thing and I'm hoping the child won't be too damaged from spending 24 hours with her mom. It is also the last Christmas they could be spending together for awhile. Janine faces some possible prison time for violating her probation.
Despite the fact that Jesse pretty much won everything he wanted the Los Angeles Times said he looked pretty upset when he left the courtroom.
Aw, I can only hope that Mom will be on her best behaviour if she wants future visitation.
ReplyDeleteIs the mother considered a flight risk? I just have a bad feeling about this one.
ReplyDeleteHe was probably upset at the thought of not having his daughter with him on Christmas Eve. Plus he's probably worried as hell about what will happen in those 24 hours. I know I would be.
ReplyDeletei'm not ok w/ this. 24 hours is enough time to permanently damage that precious little girl. it's only going to confuse the child...and let's hope that's the worst that comes from it. can't fault jesse for looking upset...i'd be too if i'd made that relationship choice.
ReplyDeleteso who is this good for? the mother or the child? i don't really see how it's good for this poor kid to spend christmas eve---or any other eve---with her shitty mother and the drug dealer boyfriend.
ReplyDeleteIs the webcam off-line during this time? Creepy, I'd be upset too if my child was in a house with cams installed all over the place & sketchy people around.
ReplyDeleteHm, Jesse should be shocked that the porn star he chose to have a baby with is a sub-par mother.
ReplyDeleteLet's hope Sunny has a VERY safe
ReplyDeleteX-mas with Mommy. That enviroment is SO not healthy for any child.
I feel for him and his daughter. I'm betting she'd rather not be there either. I agree with nancer.
ReplyDeleteThe real problem is that if a child, who loves a parent no matter how bad they are, is taken from the mother. No matter what happens there are deep and lifelong problems with children who are separated from the bio mom especially because up until this year Sunny lived with her Mom.
ReplyDeleteThis may be a case of a child being damaged no matter what the ruling is. Never seeing her crazy mother, or spending time with her crazy mother. It's just a horrible situation made worse by Janine choosing a man over the safety and welfare of her child.
I think he is really bummed about Christmas Morning. I know (when I was his daughter's age) I got up at like 6-7 am and ran down to the Christmas tree and started yelling for my parents to get up so we could open presents, My "Santa" didn't wrap his presents because he was lazy and drunk 80% of the time (Love Ya Mom!) BUT the pure joy of seeing your kids face light up and unwrapping gifts early in the morning is what parents LOVE. I feel bad for him. Fuck that slutbagmommy, I hope Santa brings her Lindsay's crotch rot for XXXmas.
ReplyDeletewhat kind of judge allows a common whore to parent a child with a known drug dealer in the house?
ReplyDeletea BAD ONE. sorry, but if you love your child and want what's best for her, ditch the dirtbag, go work at mcdonald's and get YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
I don't care if it is a holiday, and I don't care if mom won't see her for a while - you do not under any circumstances allow a child to spend any amount of time in a home where pornography is being filmed. What the hell? I don't blame Jesse for being upset. Between that and the felon that child should be nowhere near that house.
