Ivana Trump Yells At Kids - Gets Kicked Off Plane
I'm guessing Ivana Trump had enough of kids over Christmas so when she boarded a plane on Saturday, settled into her first class seat and was then bombarded with kids running up and down the aisles burning off Christmas candy she had enough. She cursed at the kids and presumably their parents. Now this is all before the plane has even left the gate. Yes, parents should control their kids, but Ivana shouldn't have been cursing at the kids. It doesn't help anyone to call a four year old kid a little f**ker.
Anyway, flight attendants tried to calm Ivan down but she wouldn't be calm. So, the cops were called who tried to calm her down. She still refused to calm down. The police then asked Ivana to voluntarily remove herself from the plane. She refused so they kicked her off. She was kind of on an edge there huh? Those kids must have hit a nerve.
Sounds like she was drunk off her ass.
ReplyDeleteThough I must admit, there have been MANY times I've called a screaming little brat and his/her parens much worse under my breath.
I'm guessing Ivana had a bad holiday and was sublimating/projecting/whatever you call it. I mean, kids can be annoying, but it's holiday time, and really, you're not supposed to say the things that you think in your head. It's called bad manners.
ReplyDeleteThe grandkids must have got on her last nerve.
ReplyDeleteCalling 4 yr olds little f**rs is what I guess got her booted - though have to say where the he** were the parents? and why didn't the crew get the kids to stop running up and down the aisle ? - The parents are as much to blame as Ivana losing it !
ReplyDeletehmm, i wonder if they were HER grandkids if they would have been "little fu*kers" - probably not.
ReplyDeletethat said, i've got a kid and i make damn sure she knows how to behave in public (it's hard work, but it's this thing called "parenting" i heard about...) so it infuriates me when i see assholes letting their kids ruin everyone else's day. i would have probably - no, definitely - tripped one of those kids if it were me.
IVANA WAS WRONG AND THE PARENTS WERE WRONG....
ReplyDeletePERSONALLY THE PARENTS I GET TO SEE ON A DAILY BASIS...JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY ENOUGH ! BEHAVE !
I KNOW MY MOM WOULD NEVER PUT UP WITH THAT...AND I HAD A HEALTHY FEAR OF MY MOM...JUST ONE LOOK DID IT FOR ME..
I understand she may have been completely out of control at that point, but when the cops show up because you're yelling at children, their parents and the flight crew (the day after a failed terrorist attack nonetheless) you have to take a step back and wonder that maybe it IS you.
ReplyDeleteso GHETTO...
ReplyDeleteoh yeah, i had to add too that whenever i'm at a store or restaurant and see little shits running around like that i VERY loudly point out to my daughter that she is NEVER to act that way in public and thank her for behaving.
ReplyDeleteand i agree with you jax, that they all should have been removed from the plane. i'm guessing the parents didn't make the situation better because you're right, parents suck these days.
Wouldn't be suprised if there were some alcoholic beverages involved -she does have sort of a history..
ReplyDeleteTsk. Yes, untamed feral children are bad, but once the FAs ask you to settle down, and the COPS ask you to settle down to resolve the situation BEFORE pushback, yo' ass better sit down and get it worked out.
ReplyDeleteThe cops had to kick Ivana from the plane. 'Nuff said there.
Kids didn't do that part.
Well...there are quite a few kids I have wanted to yell at and call little f*ckers!
ReplyDeleteI read this over the weekend and kind of sympathized with her.
ReplyDeleteI see "little f**kers running around where I work every day and the children dare you to say anything and so do their parents.
Everywhere is NOT your child's playground.
Why do I have a problem with this? Because if they hurt themselves the damn parents get to sue and the whole world feels bad for "the poor child".
this is why i'm terrified to take my kids anywhere.
ReplyDeleteespecially on a plane. :\
They're pretty well mannered in public, but there are always "off" days, or even a random tantrum, you know? Kids are about as predictable as lilo (i was reaching, sorry)
Exactly julie, kids have bad days. It's not always easy to tell if a child is or is not being raised.
ReplyDeleteThey should have taken the untamed brats and their obnoxious parents off the plane, too. I fricken HATE parents who let their kids run wild on airplanes. If a kid is screaming and the parent is trying to calm the kid, they have nothing but my support, empathy, and respect. It's the parents who are oblivious to or who deliberately ignore their kids acting like little terrorists whose asses need whooped.
ReplyDeleteActually, I think it's pretty easy to tell what kind of a parent you're dealing with within a few minutes when you're stuck on a plane with them. The good ones try to patiently calm their kids down, and the bad ones ignore them and let them do whatever the f*ck they want.
ReplyDeleteJulie - I feel your pain. It's parents who sit there browsing a magazine with headphones on while their kid is running up and down the aisles that kill me. Viva la difference.
ReplyDeleteHa, "jinx" Little Miss. :)
ReplyDeletehmmmm.....i'm liking ivana a little more now.
ReplyDeletepersonally, i don't think small children should be seated in first class. i got in this situation once---the parents said they paid extra because they had more 'room' up there for the kids. room for what? to be up, out of their seats and irritating the fuck out of me and everyone else?
ReplyDeletethat's why i say i feel her pain. i do, but post 9/11 especially you just have to keep your mouth shut or you'll get your ass thrown off the plane.
What Jax Said. I don't give a flying fuck about your shitty kids, just make them behave. Is it so hard to ask that the fruit of your loins doesn't annoying the hell out of everyone?
ReplyDeleteHell no, Enty. When I read this news over the weekend I gave Ivana a little toast. Those kids and their parents are the ones who should've been kicked off the plane. And I agree with Nancer - no kids under 13 should be allowed in 1st.
ReplyDeleteghetto behavior all around....glad to see the airline kicked her off the flight tho.
ReplyDelete@ Melody - "how GHETTO" Stop or she'll just start again.
ReplyDeleteTwo comments. 1. The red button over your head is there for just this type of situration. 2. The FA should have been strapping those two into their seats. I have never been on a flight where pushback started until everyone is strapped in, including the FAs.
I say 3 cheers for Ivana. I'm not a kid fan in general so I realize I'm a bit biased, but good for her! There have been countless times, places, and situations in which I've wanted to do the same thing but alas, I'm a scaredy cat. She is my new hero for the day.
ReplyDeleteThere but for God go I. I hate uncontrolled children. I also cannot believe the aircrew did not keep that [those out of control kids and their idiot parents] from happening. What airline was this, do we know?
ReplyDeleteDelta? They suck.
ReplyDeleteDear Classalpha:
ReplyDeleteThank you for writing with a normal-person's style. We like it when you do that. We like YOU when you do that.
'Nuff said.
Love,
All of CDAN
On one hand I have little-to-no use for Ivana. On the other hand, I despise ill behaved children.
ReplyDeleteHaving been raised in a household where a swift kick in my ass would have been delivered without delay if I'd have the audacity to act out, I have no patience with the nasty little brats I see running around today.
score one for the little fuckers they got an old rich woman kicked off a plane!
ReplyDeletePoor Ivana, she's used to having her own plane!
ReplyDeletei absolutely agree, those children should have been kept under control. airline travel is tough enough.
ReplyDeletei nearly shat myself when they sat two pre-teen kids in front of us in first class coming home from maui.
luckily they were well behaved and slept most of the flight. but yeah, for what you have to pay, i expect service from the airline.
that being said, she shouldn't have swore at the kids, and should have taken it up with the crew. they're generally helpful if you approach them right.
