Didn't Take James Van Der Beek Long To Recover
Today is December 4, 2009 and on November 20, 2009, James Van Der Beek filed for divorce from his wife Heather McComb. He cited irreconcilable differences. I would say probably most of those differences had something to do with Kimberly Brook who James keeps going out with every night. Kimberly is a model. I am not going to judge but James supposedly met Kimberly back in August so was he trying to see if it would work with her before he split with Heather? See, I just don't get that. If you are not happy just leave. Don't cheat. Leave and then you can play the field all you want. All this does is just make you look bad and everyone bad and really, really hurts the person cheated on. Not that James cares. I bet Heather might though.
"See, I just don't get that. If you are not happy just leave. Don't cheat. Leave and then you can play the field all you want."
ReplyDeleteSome men have to have the safety net of another relationship - they can't be alone. Very common to find someone and then dump the GF/Wife.
Shame on you James.
ReplyDeleteI thought James and his wife separated last year or earlier this year, but only filed for divorce last month?
ReplyDeleteI'm not as harsh on married people who date other people while they are legally separated and waiting for their divorce to be filed and/or finalized.
But then again, you never know. Maybe his wife was trying to work it out and he was dating this woman instead.
Dawson, Dawson, Dawson.
ReplyDeletei imagine the number of men that think as you do, enty, are the minority. shame really. that mindset is a mark of a true man, and it appears those numbers are dwindling.
ReplyDeleteas for james, it's like i always say...it'll end how it started...poor heather doesn't know what she's got coming--are you listening, angelina?
I'm pretty sure that's the way most people do it before getting divorced, sadly.
ReplyDeletei'm pretty sure that they've been separated for a few months. I don't think that you have to stay inside your house while you're waiting for the government and such to say the divorce is final. especially if both parties are fine with it.
ReplyDeleteit is easier to get married that divorced. seriously. i mean, obviously, more legalities and such. So, theres a lot of things to think of in that situation.
boyfriend breaking up with you on november 10, then "in a relationship" on december 1 or so, then randomly im-ing you the next day? whats up with that? hahaha (also being upset about not getting an invite to your birthday party, and "just because we broke up doesn't mean our business relationship should suffer" loosely termed business haha, he wants to be a model and for the girl to be his agent. Almost 30, not early 20s anymore haha.)
I wonder what John Wesly Shipp thinks about this?
ReplyDeleteThat dreadful hairdo still doesn't hide your massive spamhead, Dawson.
ReplyDeleteNow would be the perfect time to use that great Dawson photo that the Fug Girls love to use!
ReplyDelete(You know the one. If you don't, google "crying dawson" images)
Man up James. Obviously you weren't man enough and be faithful to ur wife.
ReplyDeleteWow Enty! I wish all men thought like you! (But then Jerry Springer would be unemployed.)
ReplyDeleteYeah, because dating while separated is automatically cheating, right?
ReplyDeletePlease. As if. James and Heather split some time ago and both have been free to see other people for a while now.
Kinda sad that Enty is this desperate for something to post.
Just happy to find a few rational people still post here. The time-line would put them meeting after James separated... but still fun to read the faux outrage.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea if the couple had children or not but my personal opinion (if children are involved) is that dating should wait until the divorce is finalized.
ReplyDeletethere are no children involved in this case.
ReplyDeletemaybe i'm desecrating the whole sanctity of marriage, call me jaded, cynical, whatever. but why does it matter if there are kids involved? I mean, yeah, certain discretion should be taken...don't bring some chick you met on sunset strip home to the babysitter and have your kid wake up to you in bed with them...but whats wrong with "dating" around while separated? I go back to the whole thing, a divorce can take ages. In PA (my state) you have to be separated a year in order for a divorce to even be considered. Why waste a year of your life, when you've just (well, not necessarily WASTED, but you know, you were with someone you were obv unhappy with) gotten out and away from a relationship you were unhappy in?
Why do other people even give a shit what people do in their free time? lol
Not to mention, if you're just sitting around listening to Carly Simon records lamenting your failed marriage, what good are you to your children?
Give James some credit, they split some time ago, and Heather is with someone else also.
ReplyDeleteMaybe its the other way around, maybe James split because of Heather!
