Lindsay Lohan Punched Dina In The Face

I guess we can expect a new tape to be released every day for awhile. In today's edition of Lohan family theatre, we have Dina Lohan on tape and recounting how she tried to get Lindsay to go to rehab in September of 2008 but that Lindsay was not cooperative.

"You don't even know what I'd go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff. She'd like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car...like you don't know the (expletive) I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult. She's really sad and really hurt and really...despondent. I told her not to go to L.A. at 18...she did. I couldn't leave these other three kids to go get her and it was, like, a mess."

Not like a mess Dina, a mess. So you tried to stop her at 18 from going to LA? What about prior to her turning 18 when she was a minor and you let her travel all over the world by herself which is what led to many of her present behaviors. This does show that Dina has been lying a lot though about Lindsay and how she is perfectly healthy.

Today's tape is mercifully just 36 seconds long and you can listen to it here.

I have never before heard of an intervention being performed by one person. But as long as Dina got punched in the face, I'm good with it.

  6. i'm hypnotized by her humongous lips.

other than that, she can drop dead for all i care. her mother too.

  7. It's as if she is already trying to build her case for sympathy for Lindsay's postmortem. Grotesque!

  8. Do her parents think this constant betrayal of her trust and privacy is going to help her? If anything, it probably just increases the speed of the death spiral.

My feelings tend to alternate between hatred and sympathy for Lilo. This is one of the few times lately it has been sympathy. With a mom and dad like this, who would have a chance?

  12. i've always enjoyed a good lindsay bashing but this is just sad. on one hand as a parent i don't know what i would do in the situation. if going public was the only avenue i saw in saving my child's life i can't say i wouldn't do it. on the other hand, wow. wow. wow. what a sad bunch of people.

  14. the whole fucking family needs a famewhore intervention.

STFU and get your kid help.

  15. Boo hoo, Dina. You made her that way. Money-grubbing, fame-whoring, self-absorbed idiot. I guess if my kid needed rehab - I'd take more than one punch before I gave up.

  16. oh i'm sure Dina hit her back - no doubt in my mind....they're a pair those two...mirror meet image

  17. Dina, you reap what you sow. Did you learn nothing from this, like, mess? Why are you letting Ali repeat the same mistakes -- if not worse?

  18. What gets me is this comment:
"I couldn't leave these other three kids to go get her " ...
Why? Because you were too busy trying to whore them out too?
Lets remember, this *is* the "Mother of the Year" talking.
(yeah, I can't believe I typed that either)
If ever a family needed a major chlorine infusion into their gene pool, it's them.

  19. And one other thing... thank *all* the forgotten Gods that through all this mess, Lindsay hasn't spawned.

  20. The thing is, all this crap is Lindsays final chance to recover her career! If I was her manager I'd make her disappear, like completely off the radar for a year or more. Go to rehab, go to therapy, get her healthy, clean and fit. Maybe some acting lessons. Then; GLORIOUS comeback! Like, the comeback Britney was supposed to have but came back just a tad too soon.

  21. okay, i take back my other comment. i was under the impression that milo was releasing these recordings to force lilo into rehab or something. now i'm reading this quote while simultaneously vomiting at the thought of milo pulling one over on me:

"I'm being a bit selfish in releasing the tapes. But I'm tired of being lied about. I'm tired of Dina and others making me out to be someone I'm not, so now I'm going to prove to the world who the real liars are."

    ....um, a *bit* selfish?

  22. Dear Lindsay,
    Thank you.

    General Public
P.S. Now get yourself some help dear. You really do need it.

  23. Oh, so Dina thought getting a person to go to rehab is easy? Shucks, she must have been disappointed. So much for try, try again I guess.
I hope all this is leading somewhere.

  24. LMFAO, Syko.

I'd have punched my own sainted mother in the face if she, like, talked like a Valley girl.

I do feel sorry for Dina. It must be tough to see her meal ticket committing slow suicide.

  25. Oh, VERY good point made by Merlin D. Bear!

  26. Not really a fan, but for awhile interested in commentary reaction to this slow rolling train wreck.

    No kids...not a babysitter to inlaw's kids...I'm stumped.

It looks for all the world that Lilo has chose to be like Dina. And why not? She's the mom.

But reading about her running the streets and drinking her butt off as a teenager reminded me of Jade and Drew Barrymore.

Her mom did the same thing.

I got nothing else. Not a mom or a convenient baby sitter to the babymakers that are my in laws.

Obviously, someone intervened on Drew. Obviously they loved her more than her mommy.

I wonder who they were? Co workers?
    Speilberg? Manger. Handlers?

Just about anyone who cared could have headed this off.

Then again: a good education could have, too.

    Bummer.

  27. Amen, Syko. LOL.

I'd like to be a fly on the wall at an intervention staged by either parent.

Her parents are both disasters so its kind of up to her to get her shit together at this point. Hopefully she will do it and find a support system of friends and/or other non-fame whoring family members who want the best for her.
