Apparently the people love what Lindsay Lohan did for Ungaro and they are keeping her on as a consultant. Sure they should. I would do. Are you kidding me? She wasn't paid anything for her work and Ungaro got a bunch of sales off stuff that probably would have sold like crap if Lindsay had not brought attention to it. I have seen some articles lately that say Lindsay is getting paid for her efforts but all the original stories said she wasn't and had to pay her own way and if they were paying $1M a year as some reports I saw suggested they would have fired her. She is worth free or a plane ticket and a bag of coke but she isn't worth a million a year. For that they could hire someone who actually knows what they are doing.
So, the good news is we will get to see Lindsay walking the runway at Paris fashion week for the near future and she can impress us all with her artistic abilities and can travel the world and steal people blind. That would be a great movie. Actress strung out on drugs travels the world and sleeps with random people while stealing stuff. Kind of sounds like Gia. Did she steal? And yes, I guess she was a model huh? Oh well. I'm drunk. Lay off. All I remember anyway is Angelina Jolie's version of Gia.
Oh, and on a positive note, I have never seen Lindsay truly as happy as when this picture was taken. She isn't a good enough actress to pull off that smile unless she was happy.
She has to be doing this for free. No way the company can afford to pay her when almost all US luxury department stores as well as online (Net-a-Porter, etc) dropped the Ungaro line after the first runway disaster she sent out.

ReplyDeleteLove your idea for the Lindsay movie, Enty! Unfortunately, LL would be too drugged up to star in her own movie. How about, "Starring Hilary Swank as Lindsay Lohan." Hilary Swank is good at playing tragic figures.

ReplyDeleteI feel about Lindsay the same way I felt about Britney awhile back. It's sad because she obviously has some type of issues going on and yet no one around her seems to be helping. I don't understand her parents. I don't understand the Spears clan, either, and I don't respect any of them for pimping out their kids at young ages and possibly making them crazier than they would have been as 'normal' folks. Is there no one around her that cares enough to actually HELP the poor girl?
