It's Holiday Road Time - Vacation Is Coming Back!
It has been so long since I have seen Clark & Ellen Griswold but I won't have to wait much longer. During the Super Bowl, there will be an ad campaign from a company called Home Away Vacation Rentals and the entire campaign is going to feature the Griswold family and they will be driving the original Family Truckster!!
My favorite part in the first movie is where you see the kids sleeping in the back seat and Ellen sleeping in the front and then the camera pans to Clark (Chevy Chase) and he is sleeping at the wheel while driving. Of course the car goes off the highway and another Clark Griswold adventure starts in the desert.
ReplyDeleteIn the Las Vegas one, I love the glint in his eye when he gambles and he is trying to beat the house. Also funny is where they try to accomplishing the doings of the mile high club on their way to Las Vegas.
I would love another Vacation movie.
"She's a beaut."
