Courtney Love Says Britney Spears Was Molested By Her Father

Wow. Umm, Courtney Love has taken her rantings to a whole new level. She is off Twitter now which I am thankful for because trying to piece her 140 character ramblings into a thought was very tough. Lucky for all of us though she has discovered Facebook and I am shocked I have not added her as a friend. Anyway, this is probably the craziest thing she has ever said, but can you imagine if it is true? Blow the walls off the world. It sounds similar to a blind item I had a few years ago. I need to dig that one out again. Nothing like the holidays to bring out your child molesting stories.

Anyway, Courtney said, "britneys dad molested her , imagine the father that molested you owning you for slavery while your forced to sing songs picked for thier sexual content every night, insane right? i have it on First had authority, and fight as hard as she is and does she still didnt pull that card, its a pride thing i can relate to, However they want to play dirty, lets go, Im SO not affraid of the little trolls who hit this when i was fucked up who are called lawyers. lets GO."

Courtney also took shots at Edward Norton who she accuses of stealing money from Kurt's sister. I was a little confused about that whole rant so if you want to read it, you can go to Courtney's Facebook page and read it yourself. She only has 1,669 fans? Really? Her rants alone are worth way more than that many people. Oh, she also talks about dating Gavin Rossdale and how she is scared of strip clubs now and how she made homemade mustard gas. This stuff is priceless.

  2. One correction: I *think* she is accusing Norton's business manager of the stealing and saying Norton has no idea.

  3. Of course she is not afraid of Lawyers. She could plead crazy to anything she does.

  4. the homemade mustard gas thing would explain a lot...

  5. Loves me some Courtney. That women is straight up crazy, and I admire that in a woman. To paraphrase that bumper sticker, if you're a woman and you're not crazy, you're not paying attention.

  6. Well, the thing is... if you know anything about the behavior of women who've been sexually abused (and I do)... Britney's behavior actually sets off alarm bells, even now that she's supposedly 'better.' I've long thought that she has been sexually abused.

If so, I really hope she gets help and soon. It doesn't have to ruin her life.

  7. Coloratura, it may well be that Britney was sexually abused by any number of people from various producers to Disney executives. The Hollywood culture seems to encourage the victimization of girls and young women.

  8. I missed her on Twitter, but now I'm a fan on Facebook so everything is right in the world again.

  9. you are so right about the victimization of young women and girls in hwood. i don't know how true it is, but someone claimed that disney is full of pedos. i'm sure the entertainment industry has pedos galore.

  11. ^Christine, enty is "Enty Lawyer"...now go on and friend the big guy.

courtney is a copy-editor's nightmare. it's almost as if her first language is anything but english.

Given the blind about the tweener star who got pregnant by the producer (Hello Jamie Lynn), Hollywood does have it's definite share of freaks.

  14. I am *so* going to Hell.
I just became a fan of Courtney on Facebook.

  15. Ummmmmm, you don't just make crazy drug fueled rants where you accuse people of molesting their children. Didn't this dipshit already get in trouble once for libel on her 'Twitter' account? Britney's dad ought to sue her for defamation of character, for sure!

    ReplyDelete
  16. If he does not sue, that will be telling. The only defense to a defamation claim is that the statement is true!

  17. yikes, that is quite the accusation.

i have to agree that britney does exhibit a lot of behavior that is typical of sexual abuse.

i hope it isn't true, but i really wouldnt be all that surprised.

oh, and courtney love is totally batshit crazy.

  18. Eek - this sort of public accusation makes me uncomfortable - even if it's true, can she not find another way to report what she "knows" instead of splashing Britney's shameful business to the world. Courtney has no tact and reading her rants give me a headache.

  19. I agree with rocketqueen, not good to have this out there like that - its hardly Britneys fault, she shouldn't be made to be embarrassed for this.

I don't think that stuff about the disney producers is all true - if anything came out that would be pretty big sh*t hitting a very big fan, right?

I think it has more to do with the management people, talent scouts etc There were rumours about that guy who used to manage Backstreet boys and NSync (i.e. justin timberlake) being a predator and i think he was associated with Britney at the start of her solo career? Those are the ones to worry about me thinks.

I think Courtney is right on the money about Britney's Dad with this one. Which is sad. But hardly shocking.

And now I'm going to go find her on Facebook because... *hangs head in shame* ...I can't resist.

  21. Whether or Courtney is crazy or not, I get the feeling she isn't lying about Brittany's Dad.

    I believe it

  22. Courtney might be bat-shit crazy but I have her "Live through This" CD and it is frickin' brilliant.

I acknowledge that she is a loon but dang... that album ROCKS!!

IrishGossip: I agree. It's probably someone in the background. I know of a woman who was raped (at 14 years old!) by a former bodyguard for a famous boy band. Years later, I ran into the guy when he had moved on to be a bodyguard for another boy band, and he still hitting on a new generation of young female fans. It's sick.

you're right. Live Through This is a great album.

too bad she lost whatever sanity she had left after that. she was never the most talented singer but man, could she rock it.
