Rachel Bilson is fake engaged so the rumors this weekend that she got married only made me laugh and laugh. Apparently Rachel was spotted wearing a wedding band next to her engagement ring and so the gossip sites were all a flutter that she and Hayden Christensen got secretly married. The website Just Jared tracked down Rachel's publicist who denied the couple got married and released the following statement.
"They were not married over the weekend. As you know she is known for her fashion forward style. She decided to accessorize the ultimate accessory."
I didn't know she was known for her fashion forward style. Did you? All I ever see her in his shorts and a t-shirt. I think she is more known for her love of publicity which is why she wore the wedding band in the first place.
I have no idea what this chick is known for or why she should be known at all, but I hate those jeans. She needs to put her hair in a ponytail or something.

I'm not a huge fan of her or her style, but she does have a style page in InStyle Magazine. It's a Q&A page where people ask her fashion related questions. I get InStyle, so I end up having to look at it once a month.

ReplyDeleteThe only "rumor" that they eloped or secretly got married is one she started at her tool site, JJ, which should actually be called "Just Rachel." So of course, she had to have her people "deny" it, the same people that a while back claimed they don't comment on their client's private lives. Oh, except to deny the "rumor" that they had broken up, when there was no such rumor. She's ridiculous and this whole thing makes me sick. I'm glad she keeps getting called out for the fraud she is, at least here. Thank you.

Didn't you see her as a judge on Project Runway? I had no idea until that point that she was into fashion. Apparently she's a designer herself.

ReplyDeleteI saw on Just Jared today the story denying she got married, I saw NOTHING of this story then I look at the comments on the previous Rachel pics and it was just the people that commented who began the rumors as far as I can see....... some crazy obsessed fans who actually believe they are a couple!

Her publicist's statement is the lamest thing I've ever heard. It sounds like something that would be said in a Sex and the City episode.
So when Hayden finally comes out of the closet does that mean she'll be unemployed?

So much work going into bearding?! I'm always doubtful except when it comes to Tommy. I remember her work being compared to another designer and it was pretty close. She's very pretty but not very well-styled.
