Australian Man Has Four Children With Daughter **WARNING** Graphic & Disturbing
An Australian man was charged this week with raping his daughter over a 30 year period and fathering four children with her. If the story stopped right there it would be tragic, but it gets so much worse.
The Melbourne Herald Sun reports that some neighbors had been complaining to the police about the man and his relationship with his daughter for almost the entire 30 year period this occurred. The man started having sex with his daughter when she was 11. Apparently some neighbors told police who never did anything to stop it. Other neighbors were quoted as saying they knew something was going on but didn't want to get involved because it wasn't their business.
But wait. It gets worse. The wife of the man and the mother of the girl who was raped said she had no idea none of this was going on despite the fact that her daughter gave birth to four kids in this time period.
"One day she just up and left and I haven't seen her for years. The first I knew of all this is when they came and arrested [my husband]," the victim's mother told the paper.
"We lived in a big house, so I wouldn't have known."
The daughter ran away from the house in 2005. She went straight to the police. They did nothing. Absolutely nothing. In 2007, she filed a restraining order against her father and the police did nothing. It was not until this week that the man was charged with any crime. Are you f**king kidding me?
In not only this case, but the recent case in California, the police had a chance to stop these tragic events and they did nothing. It makes you wonder how many of these things are going on every day all over the world in all of our neighborhoods.
All of the four children born have significant health problems and one of the children died very young. The police have said that the children and their mother are safe and in hiding right now and under police protection. Yeah? Where was all that help 30 years ago when you were first notified?
My God! Just AWFUL! Was the dad a cop as well? Because I don't understand the cop's lack of sympathy or lack of motivation on following through on the LAW and actually doing thier JOBS! Donut coma? They cops contacted should all be fired and prosecuted for failing to step up.
ReplyDelete"We lived in a big house, so I wouldn't have known."
ReplyDeleteWHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?????
The supreme court already decided that the police have no obligation to protect the public.
ReplyDeleteempyrios: I KNOW! There's no way that p.o.s. "mother" didn't know. She's as guilty as he is. She utterly failed in her first duty as a mother: to protect her child.
ReplyDeleteWhat can be done in a case like this? Can the police open a case based on neighborhood gossip? Does CPS investigate? Someone dropped the ball big time and should be held accountable in some way.
ReplyDeleteholy mary, how disturbing! wth. and that's some serious denial from the mother...ita w/ Lisa, talk about failing to protect your child. what a bunch of sickos. omg, that poor girl. =O
ReplyDelete"We lived in a big house, so I wouldn't have known."
ReplyDeleteYOU EFFING STUPID BITCH!!! How can you possibly, in any way, shape or form refer to yourself as a mother? She should be charged with accessory. She and the 'father' should both be shot.
Sorry. I'm in a foul mood today, and reading stuff like this makes me homicidal.
God help this poor girl. I can't imagine having lived through something like this, having NO ONE to hear you when you're screaming for help. Hopefully now she can get start to live in peace? It's going be a long road of recovery.
How big a house would you need to be that clueless. I am figuring something like Windsor Castle might be the right size.
ReplyDeleteLisa (original):
ReplyDeletei agree completely. disgusting.
it seems like this year is not only filled with celebrity deaths, but also the discovery of all these psychos keeping their children locked in dungeons and having incestuous relationships with them.
WTF???
I pray this girl finds someone she can trust, who will help her put her parents in jail and sue the hell out of the police department. This is beyond disgusting.
ReplyDeleteIsn't this the second time this has happened in Melbourne this year? WTF? Police need to go door to door searching for dungeons since this seems to be trendy there. Right to privacy, my ass. No one has the right to privately torture children!
ReplyDeleteI didn't think it would be possible for me to hate cops any more than I already do, but thank you for the post because you have proven me wrong. I.HATE.COPS. I realize not all cops are like this, but Jesus tap-dancing Christ!
ReplyDeleteThe mother is full of shit. She was probably abused when she was younger. Her mother probably avoided it, too. Coping mechanism. Does not justify it at all. She's just as culpable as the father.
Horrible. My thoughts go out to the girl and her poor children.
I am so sad for this girl and her children, who are all paying the price for this sick husband and wife. Lock this man up with people who will rape HIM for a change.
ReplyDeletethe scary part is that girl is now a 41year old woman who never had a childhood, and will probably never know what normal means. I think the mother should be held equally accountable! Throw both their asses in jail!
ReplyDelete"It makes you wonder how many of these things are going on every day all over the world in all of our neighborhoods." I read this story last night, and was floored. I don't understand what goes on in these monsters' heads!
ReplyDeleteSadly, I think we're going to start seeing a heck of a lot more of this. Truly. I mean, we've had these last three stories in as many months? How many more out there are still unreported/unfound???
How can a grown man justify satisfying his 'manly' urges with an 11 year old child, never mind the fact that she's his DAUGHTER!!! That poor girl grew up KNOWING that she couldn't trust a single person. Not even her own MOTHER, for fuck sakes!
Yeah, a big house, and a non-existent heart, you POS C*NT!
Justice? They should be stripped bare-balls naked, caked in honey and tied to fire ant hills... THEN they should have brazing hot coals inserted into any and every body orifice they've got left and strung up for show. How that for justice?
Sorry, child molestation and abuse is a very touchy subject for me. NO pun intended, of course... :(
The "we lived in a big house" comment is beyond bat shit crazy. :( How sad for all involved.
ReplyDeleteCops are gross!
ReplyDelete@.robert: What do you mean?
What if this girl's mother is also his daughter?
I didn't even read this story, but I can tell from the headline that this is not celeb or even pseudo-celeb news, and neither was the mom/son adoption sex story.
ReplyDeleteEnty, can we please stop the sex crime posts? They are disturbing and I love this site for fun, celebs and giggles.
This is said with great respect for the work you do and the fun you provide with the celeb blinds.
@ Felly, this is the quickest thing I could find:

You know what, the mother is worse than the father in a way. He is a a sick, twisted freak, but what's the mother's excuse. How could anyone allow her child to be so horribly abused. I bet she stayed to keep a roof over her head. I personally would kill my hubby if I ever thought he was doing such a thing.
ReplyDelete@.robert - Please tell me that site is a fake. Are you serious? Don't cops' badges say "To Serve and To Protect"?
ReplyDeleteI hate our judicial system. This makes me want to go to law school just to overturn this decision.
No it is real and the wording is deceptive as we are all individually members of the "public". It just boils down to you not being able to sue a cop for not doing his job and such.
ReplyDeleteI work in an inner city hospital. A while back we had an infant patient that was a product of incest. The patient's grandmother was raped by her father, resulting in a girl child, who was then also raped by the same man to produce two more children, one being the patient I mentioned. Head spinning yet? So dad was also grandpa and baby daddy. The state took her children, but later returned them. Mother, grandmother and satan are all still living together and nothing has been done to him.
ReplyDeleteThere is absolutely no rationale that can absolve any of the guilty parties in this case, most of all the people who should have stepped in when it was first reported, the freaking authorities.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, I know there's a pit in Hell with both the parent's (and I use that only in the biologial sense, because neither was an actual parent) names on it and I hope they roast in it for all eternity.
After a suitable (ie permanent) stay in a black hole of Calcutta style prison.
Oh dear. I am speechless and my heart aches for this girl who was failed by so many.
ReplyDeleteI understand people's anger. I am angry about this too. But my overwhelming feeling is one of sadness. That poor girl, those poor children. May they somehow find something that resembles a normal life. The children's genetic defects might be a blessing, if they keep the children from completely comprehending their genetic relationship to their father.
ReplyDeleteNo one deserves this kind of burden for life.
Jesse D,
ReplyDeleteWhy did the State return them back to the same environment if satan committed the rape? What was their reasoning for returning them back to hell?
I don't understand how the neighbors knew and the mother claims she didn't know. If it's that out-there that even the neighbors know.... I mean, that seems to suggest that there wasn't a great deal of secrecy surrounding this disgusting situation...
ReplyDeleteOkay, I just read more about incest laws than I've ever wanted to know, but I found out some things I thought others might find to be of interest. According to Wiki, "In the United States, every state and the District of Columbia have some form of codified incest prohibition. However, individual statutes vary widely. Rhode Island repealed its criminal incest statute in 1989, Ohio only targets parental figures, and New Jersey does not apply any penalties when both parties are over the age of 18. Yet Massachusetts issues a penalty of up to 20 years' imprisonment for those engaging in sexual activities with relatives closer than first cousins and Hawaii up to 5 years in jail for sexual penetration with certain blood relatives and even in-laws. In all states, close blood-relatives that fall under the incest statutes include father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, and in some states, first cousins. Many states also apply incest laws to non-blood relations including stepparents, step-siblings, and in-laws." If you have the stomach to read them, there's a 2007 Time Magazine article entitled, "Should Incest Be Legal" online at http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1607322,00.html and, particularly if you want to explore the question of consensual incest versus nonconsensual incest, a Harvard Law Review article entitled "Inbred Obscurity: Improving Incest Laws in the Shadow of the Sexual Family" at http://www.harvardlawreview.org/issues/119/june06/note/inbred_obscurity.pdf that might be of interest. I have to go vomit now, but if you live in Rhode Island, Ohio or New Jersey, you might want to give this some more investigation.
ReplyDeleteTrash, these people. Just trash. The police do NOT protect women and children. One day - in another thousand years - maybe we'll all have equal consideration and our rights will be enforced, but it's certainly not now. It's criminal.
ReplyDeletethere has to be some realization that the mom may not actually be culpable in a legal sense.
ReplyDeletethis guy goes beyond all kinds of asshole, he could have had mom under his thumb big time.
i always wondered how my aunt could have dealt with her husband's skirt chasing, molestation and pedophilia (yes, i've mentioned him on this site often).
it's only now, about 2 years after his death that i'm finding out she had no choice in anything in her life. she married at 17, had no education, no money, and he probably would have killed her if she had tried to leave him (luckily he was sterile).
he also left her practically penniless, even though he was LAPD for 23 years and owned 3 oil wells.
the "big house" comment may have been what was beaten/coached into her. maybe not.
just thought i'd throw another thought into the pile.
i also think this kind of thing has gone on forever. but as more and more people access the internet, we hear about it more.
the poor daughter. not only has she never led a normal life, but probably never will know one. at least the cycle may be broken.
where were those children born? at home or in a hospital? did she have help or was she forced to deliver on her own?
hmmm.
ReplyDeletethat site is either NRA supported or NRA sponsored.
Arkata - I kind of understand your point, but I think there are just some things that the public needs to be aware of and this is one of those stories. Some bad things should not just be buried, because then they are allowed to happen again and again. This story has not been widely publicized and I think there is some obligation to let people know what is going on - regardless of the forum. If you read the story, you will see that there is so much more to the story than you could imagine from the headlines. It makes you think and makes you aware and puts you in a much better position to help if the opportunity arises.
ReplyDeleteThe horror of this is inexplicable. I'm usually very wordy in my postings, but what can you say about this that's not been said already?
ReplyDeleteTo the person who said this was the 2nd case in Australia: the first case earlier this year was in AUSTRIA.
Having just returned to the States after two years in New Zealand, I can tell you justice down under is a very different beast.
ReplyDeleteSo the woman/daughter is 41 now? And "ran away from home" at 37 (4 years ago)? Doesn't it seem odd that she didn't leave earlier? Especially since she went to the trouble of getting a restraining order which indicates she saw him as a threat rather than a situation where she was bonded to the man who was abusing her.
ReplyDeleteI feel ashamed to be an aussie right now.. the police who initially dealt with her complaint should be suspended immediately
ReplyDeletearkata, Popsugar is that way-->
ReplyDeleteJesus, jax, there's no need to be rude. I'm a longtime reader, I contributed when Ent had his photo-budget thing ... I get to have an opinion that's different than yours.
