For those of you who thought that Katherine Jackson would keep the kids safe and away from Joe Jackson, you may want to rethink those thoughts. I know there have been reports that Joe and Katherine are not together any longer, but that isn't the impression I got when I watched this interview he gave to ABC News.
I don't want this guy anywhere near Michael's kids and if the other brothers and sisters won't step in and do something about it, then the State of California needs to. I would hope that the brothers and sisters realize they had a very messed up life and much of it was because of Joe Jackson. Don't let him destroy three more lives.
In the interview with ABC he said, "I keep watching Paris. She wants to do something. And as far as I can see, well, they say Blanket, he can really dance." That's right. He wants them to be entertainers. Who better to guide their career than Joe who is probably seeing dollar signs flashing in front of his beady little eyes. As for raising the kids.
"There's no-one else to do what we can do for them. We should keep them all together and then make them happy, feed 'em like they're supposed to be fed, and let them get rest, plenty of sleep and grow up to be strong Jacksons."
And when he says we, he is referring to himself and to Katherine. That's right. He is right there with those kids right this second who are probably in their 4th hour of rehearsals this morning.
I hate hearing this. Hate it.
ReplyDeleteI noticed during the memorial that no one mentioned his name, only Katherine's, when they spoke of MJ's family. Was the man even there? I don't recall him on the stage.
ReplyDeleteAnyone see the pictures posted today on tmz regarging the raid at neverland in 2003? There are little boy mannequins throughout a very messy home. Cheap furniture, outdated electronics, this was Jackson's lifestyle? I don't get it.

Blogger ate some of my comments after Tuesday's memorial service (I was off work and watched almost the entire thing over beers in a bar with a friend) but I wanted to ask--did anyone else see the snubs of Joe by a couple of the performers/speakers, especially Al Sharpton?

I'd dare say a lot of the elite and/or H'wood black community shun him for various reasons.
Send them to me. I'll make sure they are together, fed, get plenty of rest AND are allowed to be children. As a special bonus, they'll still have their inheritances after I'm through with them.

ReplyDelete@Sue Ellen it has been said that Michael used his own sperm to father blanket. But of course that is part of the theory that also states he isn't the biological father of Paris and Prince Michael.
Has anyone else notice that no one is mentioning Prince Michael after Paris spoke out at the memorial service?
There have been a lot of positive comments about Paris and "Blanket" too but very little or absolutely no comment about the oldest son.
I guess the quiet ones are losers. Too bad.
This was my worst fear for his kids. I hope the girls do step in and slap Joe back to the rock he crawled out from under.

MJ did some very absurd things to hide them, but it allowed them to be private people, and with one live transmission watch by millions they destroyed that, and started marketing the next generation of performing Jacksons.

I was afraid of this when they said Katherine had custody. I hope someone steps in to keep Joe FAR away from the kids.
Katherine dumped Joe when MJ and LaToya confirmed the abuse. K was unaware because she was home raising the younger sibs. Let's not underestimate Joe's ability to hide it from her.

Remember Janet's speech at the BET awards? She opened with a remark that made it clear that she was the only one representing the family. It said what it said - and she received applause for that. Joe can say whatever he wants but no one's being duped.

ReplyDeleteThis is the second time I have heard Joe Jackson say something in an interview that made me think he didn't approve of the way Michael was raising the kids. The first was a comment about them going to proper school, and being around other kids, and then this feeding them proper.

ReplyDeleteSomething is very strange about this custody issue. How is Katherine even in the picture? The kids obviously have a biological mom who would have priority over a grandma. Not to mention isn't it believed that MJ wasn't their biological dad?
Kids can't be passed on the way you do the heirloom china! This entire family is way too bizarre for me. But Joe Jackson seems like con man in a nice (enough) suit.
Disturbing, I hope those kids get settled in a stable situation soon. So sad, I actually teared up at work when I was watching Paris at the memorial...

ReplyDeleteI think it's ok for Joe to see the kids once in a while as long as he isn't doing any parenting or discipline, and he is supervised by someone with some sense. I'd like to see the kids go with one of the brothers or sisters. Even Diana Ross if that is what Michael really wanted. I've heard that the kids don't really know Debbie Rowe since she was out of their lives when they were too young to remember her. So I don't think it would serve any good to send the kids to a stranger, even if she is their biological mother.
I thought that the younger boy looked like MJ in the photos from the memorial. I read an article that talked about Joe calling security at the Jackson compound and having his friends let in and then the car would come back along with a phone call to security not to let Joe's friends in. There is going to be a turf war about the younglings and the money... count on it.
