  3. Breaking Bad and it's cast should win for every category they received nominations.

it's such a phenomenal show and the acting is exceptional.

i've never been so completely engulfed by a show while watching it.

  7. Amen, Empyrios! Bryan Cranston & Aaron Paul have THE BEST chemistry, and Breaking Bad has been a must-see at our house both seasons. And I DID NOT see the events of this year's finale coming. Whoa! Can't wait for season three.

you're so right about the chemistry. amazing.

i didn't see the events of the finale coming either! there were a couple of times in the last part of the season i was downright shocked, mouth agape, uttering "nooooooo waaaaaaaaaay did that just happen", lol

  11. Robbed: Alex Skarsgard for Generation Kill, Christina Hendricks, Allison Pill, and John Mahoney.

So glad Heigl and Piven were snubbed, makes my day.

Hugh Laurie (who is always wonderful) aside, House wasn't very good this past season and took a nom from any one of several other deserving shows for Best Drama. Ditto Entourage in Comedy.

    Thrilled for Jemaine and FOTC.

    Go Mad Men!

  12. Just happy we won't have to see Heigl gush about herself.

  13. Bryan Cranston can wait. Can SOMEONE give Hugh Laurie a freakin' Emmy already?

At least Robot Chicken was nominated. If you want a good laugh, watch the "tribute to Star Wars" episode. Funny as hell.

  14. Also glad Heigl snubbed.

That episode of House this year with the dead Amber revealing all his inner thoughts was just genius.

Hooray for Michael Emerson on Lost - he's AWESOME. Love to hate!

  16. Is it weird that I'm excited for Jim Parsons of The Big Bang Theory? Most of these other nominations weren't that big of a surprise. Yay for Jim. He's hilarious on the show.

  17. Heck NO it's not weird -- I was super excited for Jim Parsons as well. He is Amazing on that show.

  18. Wow! Who the hell from the cast and crew of True Blood ticked someone from the Emmy nomination committee off? Not a single nom for the best show on TV? No nom for Skaarsgard or LaFayette??? Total. Absolute. Joke.

Tony Shaloub rocks though! Go Monk! Has Psyche ever received a nom? I love that show too!

  21. What you said empyrios! Breaking Bad is the best show on television. I watch it with my mouth hanging open. I started with the second season and just recently watched the first. Oh my God.

I am such a huge fan of Vince Gilligan, the creator. He is awesome.

  22. i think the problem with "house" was the sudden departure of kutner. that really put a wrench in the works and left everybody saying "wha...?"
other than that, i think it was up to it's usual standards.
but i'm biased, i find hugh quite yummy.
