Yesterday I said that I didn't really care how much money Debbie Rowe was going to get as long as she made the deal whereby Joe Jackson wasn't going to have any kind of contact with the children of Michael Jackson. Well, apparently that deal was completed yesterday and Debbie will be walking away with $4M in cash. Now, you may be asking yourself, the headline says $20M. Where did that number come from. Let me break it down for you.
When Prince and Paris were born she sold them, I mean allowed Michael to raise them in return for a lump sum of $8M plus annual payments of $900K for 5 years. So, that would be $12.5M total.
Later, when Michael was going through his child molestation trial, she said uh oh and fought to regain the custody of the children. At that point she was bought off again. This time it cost Michael $4M and a 900K house. That would bring the total to $17.4M.
Then, yesterday she sold the kids again. This time she sold them for the previously mentioned $4M for a grand total of $21.4M.
That is a lot of money. According to the NY Post, the Jackson family says that in this latest agreement that Debbie can no longer come back and do this again and that this will be the final payment ever for Debbie or at least until she can figure out a way to sell them again. Just think how much she would have made if all three kids were hers.
I hope she goes away now. Those kids don't need her in their already painful lives.

I think that everytime Deb threatens to reveal that Michael ain't the babydaddy, somebody is going to pay her or buy her a pony.

ReplyDeletecan i say how hilarious i think it is that the The Insider almost quoted Michael K word for word about Joe pimpin them out as the Jackson 3? Apparently Katherine got wind of it and freaked out, prompting the hearing. lol, dlisted drove the jackson's to court!

ReplyDeletei don't know whether or not i believe that mj is NOT the father to any of his kids. i will say that one can be of black and white parentage and LOOK more like one ethnic group than the other. some bi-ethnic people, i don't believe in the term 'race', have passed for white in yesteryears and today. **shrugs**

Michael Jackson bought her uterus- I say get as much as you can- he only would have spent it on his face or his skin anyways.
Selling kids MULTIPLE times? Money grubbing whore. These poor kids are going to feel stretched in a few years, if they don't already. I don't beleive there is one person really looking out for them. Very sad.

Debbie Rowe was a surrogate mother. Nothing more, nothing less. I guess Michael's big mistake was to fake a relationship with her and to marry her most likely to avoid inconvenient questions from the media as to where those kids suddenly came from if she had been a surrogate he had hidden somewhere until she had given birth to his babies.
Those two marriages were an attempt to make him look normal, heterosexual and capable of having relationships.

ReplyDeleteMina, I agree with you that I really think Debbie Rowe was nothing but a surrogate mother, not the bio-mom of those kids. The kids might very well know this to be the case. In that case, it would be pretty easy to give them up. A surrogate has the mind-set all along that these are not her kids in any way. So do we fault other surrogate mothers? No, nor should we.

If I knew the kids were getting the real truth and would therefore not feel rejected, why then yes, I do believe I'd try to get $20 million out of MJ too. Just being honest.
i don't understand why all the jackson's are being targeted becasue THIER DAD was a dick? people who are abused can get over it and raise perectly fine children you know. jermaine aside, the rest seem to be pretty fucking fine to me and totally capable of giving these kids a loving home.

Wasn't that journalist Ian Haberlin(?) claiming that Michael was so broke that he even struggled to bring food on the table for his kids and therefore also had to meet his alleged gay lovers in seedy motels?

All she has to do is allege that the children are being exploited and she is the mother of the children - biologically and they are the product of her marriage to MJ whether or not they are 'his'.

I believe Rowe is the biological mother of the 2 oldest and not just a gestational carrier. Paris bears a bit of a resemblance to her.
ReplyDeleteI also think Rowe is the highest paid surrogate mother in history. From what I've read, most surrogate mothers receive about $15-20k over medical and other expenses. I think she and MJ got married because a)his name on the birth certificates as father was automatic, and b)she could accept the $$ and call it a divorce settlement, instead of what it really was.

what i fail to understand, is, if she had all this payola, why, why, WHY was she living in palmdale when michael died? not even lancaster or quartz hill, which are only slightly pricier areas of the antelope valley, but PALMDALE?
according to the news, she lives only a couple of miles from me. even if she's living in on of the bigger homes built on old farm/ranch land, that kind of dough would have gotten her out of this area several times over.
my thought is she's got to be really bad with money, so i imagine we haven't heard the last of her yet.
diane dimond has written about MJ for 20 years and she says they are NOT his and the sperm donor is known to a lot of people.

I found out Ian Halperin is from Montreal. He was on tv saying how he predicted on Dec 24th MJ had 6 months left to live. Sorry, I can't take someone's word when they're talking while wearing white sunglasses with red lenses. Plus the publisher said Halperin spent all of 2 hours with MJ personally, pretending to be a hair stylist - this is 2 hours out of 5 years of befriending MJ's entourage.

Yeah, the update is that there is no agreement in place yet. So the $4M story is bogus - and I'm not sure I believe the earlier stories.
