Myleene Klass who some of you may remember as the host of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here is back in London now and has had to call the cops. In fact she has called the cops more than once or twice. The reason? Well it seems that Myleene's house overlooks a golf course and so people have been wandering the course at night and staring in through her windows. She has called the cops because she doesn't want the people outside to watch her inside her house. That seems reasonable enough.
The police were polite enough to point out to her though that perhaps if she actually had some curtains on her windows that would perhaps solve the problem.
As for what the police told the public they said, "The matter is with our Safer Neighbourhood Team."I have no doubts the team will be ever vigilant and constantly patrol the golf course to make sure no one is looking in her windows while at the same time looking in her windows.
My neighbors in England must have thought I was weird because I always kept my curtains closed (shift worker) and theirs were always wide open, even at night.

ReplyDeletepeople do that here in the usa, cheryl. i am not one to have curtains or blinds at every window, but i do value my privacy especially at night.
ReplyDeleteif she doesn't want people to see through her windows at night, she needs to invest in some blinds or curtains for that room.
It's hard to believe it's the same woman. She looked better when she was dressed for the jungle.

ReplyDeleteWe live in a high-rise in Manhattan facing other high-rises. Just abour everyone keeps their blinds open and we all just basically ignore each other.
I figure if anyone wants to see the horror of me walking around in my panties and bra,they can have at it.
When I walk my dog at night, I look in everyone's windows - I love seeing the insides of their houses. Seriously, people, buy curtains!

I, unfortunately, live b/w a liquor store and a bar/grill.....meaning my blinds + curtains are ALWAYS shut....it really sucks.....can only ventilate sideways...LOL
