Want To Have Lunch With Paul Rudd Or Jon Hamm?
You know how I feel about auctions and celebrities. I think you are much better off bidding on something signed or something that can come in the mail rather than the meet and greet or having a meal with them. That being said, guys who promise lunch have a much better track record of delivering on their promises than the women who make such a deal. So, if you are willing to take the chance, a plethora of actors have made themselves available for lunch in an auction to benefit the Adrienne Shelly Foundation. Besides Jon Hamm or Paul Rudd you can dine with Hamm's "Mad Men" co-star John Slattery, Kevin Smith, Keri Russell, Nathan Fillion, Patrick Duffy, David Schwimmer, Julianna Margulies and others. The auctions are scheduled to end April 16.

Nathan Fillion. Hands down.
ReplyDeleteNATHAN FILLION!!!!
ReplyDeleteWith a side of Kevin Smith to amuse us while we... um...
ReplyDeleteJon Hamm. Even my partner's little lesbian loins rev up watching him.
ReplyDeleteTotally Nathan Fillion after Dr. Horribles sing-a-long blog!!!

ReplyDeleteNathan Fillion rules. Ahh, remember those tight pants he wore on Firefly?
ReplyDeleteCaptain Tight Pants.
ReplyDeleteMy husband has a Captain Hammer t-shirt.. not one single person has recognized it yet??!!
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm, chocolate sundae ON Nathan Fillian, no spoons, YUM!
ReplyDeleteJust looking over the bids and Kevin Smith is in the lead at 3150.00
ReplyDeleteIf I had the cash I would totally bid on Nathan being fellow Albertans!
I have a choice between Paul Rudd, Nathan Fillion and Kevin Smith? I think my real dilemma here is what bank do I rob, cause I'm not sure which one would still have money in it.
ReplyDeleteoh man, I would choose a dinner convo with Kevin Smith and take Nathan and Paul for dessert!
ReplyDeleteI think Paul Rudd would probably be the most fun in addition to best looking.
ReplyDeleteJohn Hamm is a handsome dude, but he seems a little boring.
i love, cherish and adore john hamm.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could afford Jon Hamm. He's smart and hilarious in interviews. God, I love him.
ReplyDeleteI want to have Paul Rudd FOR lunch.
ReplyDeleteThen we can laugh.

ReplyDeleteChoice Lunch Picks:
ReplyDeletePaul Rudd - he'd be so funny and flirty, I bet

ReplyDeleteEnty, I think you can consider this an Official Request for Further Fillion. The people have spoken.
ReplyDeleteLOL, Harriet!
ReplyDeleteYum on many levels.
ReplyDeleteAnd I've dined with David Schwimmer. He has good table manners. lol
Oh sweet Paul Rudd, how I wish I could afford you. It's better this way. You have a wife and child. You need to stay with them. No, don't argue, it's the right thing to do.
ReplyDeleteGreen Wave Gal, when are you going to get a blog going? You are a smorgasbord of celeb encounters!
ReplyDeleteIf you are into some chemical-type appetizers, one of them on the list is very likely the one to be bidding on. I've heard he often carries 'em...
ReplyDeleteWow the Geek in me says Kevin because I could talk comic books
ReplyDelete(and get him to sign my nephews) & the female in me screams Nathan (espec. after the sing-along blog).
sigh... so many men so little money.
Well, David Schwimmer is the only one I've had somewhat substantial interaction with (get your minds out of the gutter folks, we're related). But I see celebs all the time here in LA! :)
ReplyDeleteBy the way Mooshki--that's orange fuzzy guy is the WW mascot now or something...and there were a million of them at the meeting center the other day...it was scary! ;)
JJJJJJOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHN HAAAAMM!!
ReplyDelete*unf!* *unf!* *unf!*
LOVE that mofo.
ardleigh:
ReplyDeleteyou'd get him to sign your nephews? that's a novel idea. are your nephews well behaved, or would duct tape be involved?
;)
GWG, I just like "Hungry" from the commercials. When you say there were a million of them, were they stuffed, or were people dressed up as Hungry? Either way, LOL!
ReplyDeleteLOL...stuffed dolls and smaller stuffed magnets...it was orange overload! :)
ReplyDeleteDROOL
ReplyDeleteDROOL
Gol Dangit Enty could you please put a pic of Nathan Fillion in the Randoms if he EVER sneaks onto ANY red carpet?!
Adrienne Shelly was so beautiful and such an amazing talent. While "Waitress" was a fabulous film that understandably gained notoriety following her tragic murder, I actually prefer a sweet little movie in which she was part of a large ensemble cast--"Big Girls Don't Cry...They Get Even." I hope the proceeds from these auctions do a lot of good work for her foundation for women filmmakers everywhere. RIP, Adrienne.
ReplyDeleteP.S. And for the record--YES, more Nathan, YES!
First time poster, long time Fillion lover. (Captain Tightpants!) Glad to know I've so much competition. ;) And I do love the occasional Paul Rudd too. Oh, now I've gone and given myself dirty Nathan/Paul thoughts.....
ReplyDeleteI saw "Waitress" for the first time on HBO a few weeks ago .. it was just wonderful.
ReplyDeleteAnd I remember when Adrienne was found and at first they thought she was a suicide and then it turned out that that psycho had actually hung her while she was still alive .. and my heart just broke. She was wonderful.
Wish I had some money to donate to the cause. Maybe another time. : /
thanks Blankprincess I will have to put that film in my Q. she was so radiant in "Waitress", but I saw that well after she was murdered. The radiance was probably the angel quality i projected onto her, but she was quite lovely.
ReplyDeleteOh Paul... for many, many reasons... including that he loves kids (and acts like one, too!)
