    I was actually thinking Affleck for this one, but there really are quite a few other choices. However, with the new release of his movie, he may be in L.A.

    Owen drinks wherever he is. New York, Miami... And he does harder stuff when he's in LA. He's best off in Hawai'i with Woody smokin' the ganja.

    From the wording "when he's in L.A.!" means that he's not L.A. based, so not Affleck or any other who lives here. My guess is Rhys Meyers, though he was also in rehab for drugs.
