Which young magazine editor dispenses bags of blow to Hollywood starlets so they can be “extra up” for the photo shoots he arranges?

I'm not going to guess the editor, but the magazine. Either Vogue or Cosmo, their cover models look cracked out to me.
ReplyDeleteYes, the lockjaw, grinding-teeth look is soooooo attractive.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I hope he doesn't forget the little touch of H added in to keep the pupils small.
ReplyDeleteHey CDAN! Long, long, LONG-time lurker here. My guess? Jim Nelson at GQ. Male editor, only 44 (young by mag editor standards, right? Compared to the 120-year-old dragon lady at Vogue.) and always features young female actresses/models in the pages. Lindsay Lohan has been on the cover twice in recent years, as well as Rachel Bilson, Adriana Lima, Gisele Bundchen, etc., etc., etc.
ReplyDeleteMarvin Scott Jarrett of Nylon Magazine.
ReplyDeletehef
ReplyDeleteAll of them!
ReplyDeleteNot any Vogues - the only one that uses celebs a lot is the US edition, and Wintor is a hag. Not Vanity Fair either because Graydon Carter is even older.
ReplyDeleteNylon is a great guess. Marvin Scott Jarrett just looks like the douchey type that would do this:

Just look at that hair! If that doesn't say take a skiing trip with me, i don't know what does... Prick.
Even younger still is Christopher Bollen from V and Interview magazines - the latter being the one i'd pick due to having Lohan on the current magazine's cover. It's also known for its 'arty' fashion cover photos.
