i think it may be ashley tisdale....used to be on suite life of zack and cody, now it is suite life on deck ( set on a cruise ship)...hence the "jumped ship" comment .
My guess is Miley and the friend he is smooching is Mandy. She's closer to his age. That always freaked me out that her parents never encouraged friendships her own age...of course watching the Miley and Mandy show, Mandy acts like a tweener.
