Gary Busey Wants To Move In With You
Gary Busey is being evicted from his Malibu home because he is about $50,000 behind in his rent. From the way Gary is talking, I'm guessing he has the money to pay, he just doesn't want to because he feels the house is unclean. Specifically he thinks that unclean air conditioning vents were making him sick.
Unfortunately for Gary that little argument is not going to get to keep him in his happy home. Hey, and here's an idea. How about not turning the air conditioning on, and then you won't be sick. How does one even notice if the vents are clean or dirty? Knowing Busey, he probably has some type of gadget from the desert that he made from the skin of a lizard which he uses to poke and prod and wand through his home.
Do you get the feeling that Gary can probably keep himself entertained for hours and hours? If you talk to him on the phone, I bet you actually don't have to say anything at all. He will just do all the talking for you.
All I know is that whoever the landlord is, they better be prepared. I have no doubts that if Gary is evicted, that he will be knocking on their door and moving in with them. Hell, he could probably make a fortune charging people to have him come live with them for a week. That would even be a great reality show. "I Live With Gary Busey." Gary comes over and lives with a family for a week, and solves all of their problems.
Wasn't this a BI? Crazy guy who was sleeping in his car because the house was too dirty?
ReplyDeletesounds like it.
ReplyDeleteIs something wrong with Busey mentally?
ReplyDeleteAre you questioning that Sylvia? Yes!
ReplyDeleteGood Call on the Blind Item! I loved the Entourage episode with Busey when they had to buy the desk from him. He seemed weird but lucid at that time. He seemed to enjoy playing a cameo of himself.
ReplyDeleteGiven how hard it is to have someone evicted in California (my parents used to own a lot of rental property), Gary might be in that house for a long time to come. He should understand, however, that unless his lease states otherwise, the tenant, not the landlord, is responsible for regular cleaning of the home (presuming it was clean when he moved into it), so it is his fault if the vents are dusty. Hire a maid.
ReplyDeleteGary Busey as a tenant; I shudder to think what a nightmare that must be.
I enjoyed watching Busey in the movies he used to come out lately he has been doing B's (BOMB) movies. What a shame!
ReplyDeleteI hate to admit that I watch lots of trash on tv, but I loved when he was on Celebrity Fat (FIT!) Club. While mind-effing crazy, he had a very positive attitude about almost everything, and was huge into motivating both teams. He MADE that season.
ReplyDeleteI just read this from TMZ so I am cutting and pasting it here:
ReplyDeleteGary Busey went ballistic on our camera guy today when we tried to get the real story behind his alleged eviction.
Busey tore after our guy, ripping the microphone and battery off his camera. But after Gary went inside his apartment and cooled down, he came back and apologized for it all. He told us he didn't get evicted from his place and he doesn't owe his old landlord $50k as had been reported -- he just moved out of Malibu because he needed a change of pace.
Apparently that change doesn't involve his sanity -- it's still gone.
There are companies who clean vents, chimneys, etc. Tenants aren't responsible for these. But if it bothers him so much, he can take some responsibility, get estimates from several places and let the landlord choose. Yes, Sylvia, he's always been out to lunch.
ReplyDeleteHe may have always been out to lunch, but he got significantly odder after that major car accident. Lots of people (not everyone) with traumatic brain injuries end up with lasting mental problems.
ReplyDeleteMaybe he will give the Dept of Fair Housing/ Ed some more work finally.
