Primrose Hill set is the name given to the group of celeb friends in London who all lived around that area. Included Jude Law, Ewan McGregor, Sadie Frost, Johnny Lee Miller, Kate Moss and crew back in the day. I'd say this is Sadie Frost - she's been given grief by her 'friends' in the past. She'd be the oldest in that crew by a fair bit.
Yep, I agree with the Sadie Frost guess. Primrose Hill does relate to a group of friends in London that involved sex (orgies) and drugs which included SF and KM.
