Greedy, Vain And Exploitative
Those three words were used by Charlie Sheen to describe the new reality show that Denise Richards is scheduled to do. I actually think those three words describe the code by which Denise lives her life. I was just surprised to actually see that she wants to show that side of her to the world. But she will. Charlie Sheen lost the battle to keep their children off television. A judge ruled yesterday that Denise is free to use the children to fulfill her greedy, vain and exploitative interests as long as she doesn't use the kids too much.
The judge set certain conditions on the use of the kids in the reality show, but in all reality there is nothing the judge will be able to do about it. The cameras will probably be filming all the time, and although the kids might not show up very much on camera, I'm sure they will be filmed almost constantly if Denise spends any time with them. Even if she doesn't spend much time with them now, I'm sure she will when the cameras start rolling so that is a good thing for the kids.
As for Charlie, I want to congratulate him for at least making the effort to stop the demon princess from exploiting the kids, and for not getting married yet. It would have been easy for him to go out and get married to Brooke and have her be his 8th wife, but he hasn't gone out and done so. It's probably because she doesn't want to marry him, but lets just be nice to Charlie today.
"Denise is absolutely delighted because it would have been almost impossible to do a reality show if she wasn't allowed to involve her daughters."
I'm just delighted because now I have something to rant about at least once a week.
I was hoping you would post something on this EL. I don't understand the legalities behind it so i'm surprised that she got the go ahead from the judge.
ReplyDeleteShe won't be able to hide the crazy when the cameras are on (just look at paula Abduls show for an example) so now I too will be looking forward to your weekly rant on her joke of a show.
Seriously, what other reason would anyone have to watch her on tv?
The saying "You can't turn a ho into a housewife" must have gone through a couple of mind's when she started showing up around Hollywood with Charlie. What did he expect?
ReplyDeletewho cares about her? what she does well she cannot do on TV. she's not even letting her children have a childhood. i see more court time for both as charlie tries to enforce whatever restrictions the judge has required. and, of course, that will be more publicity for the show, and on and on.....
ReplyDeletei don't think he's that great either, they deserved each other...i feel sorry for the kids, they lose either way.
ReplyDeleteHe clearly loves his girls. Denise is such a loser, that's why no body will date her, she's a crazy gold digger.
ReplyDeleteSince the kids seem upset when they are pushed into the public eye, I am sure this will be most enjoyable for them, but the good news is no one will watch a crap show featuring Denise.
well, if she is truly herself, Charlie may have the ammunition to get the kids.
ReplyDeleteI wish giving birth required a license. How can it be ok for those poor kids to be exploited like that? I hope it gets canceled.
ReplyDeleteI'm actually stunned that a judge would rule in her favour. The kids are far too young to weigh in with their sentiments on the matter, and as we've seen, youngsters in 'the biz' don't have the greatest record for a stable upbringing. It is unfair and unnecessary, and reality shows need to go away.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, 'Growing Up Gotti'? What the hell was THAT about? Snivelling, whining little asses whose claim to fame is that their grandfather was a murderer? On A&E no less!
I'm pretty much over people laying their lives and children out for the public. Everything is going to hell.
Yes, this world IS going to hell in a handbasket.
ReplyDeleteAt first, I thought it was greedy too. But maybe not, maybe she's broke. I mean, you know she isnt trickin' on the sly like half of Hollywood--everyone's already had her, courtesy of Madam Fleiss.
I don't understand why you think Charlie Sheen is such a great father. He knew who he was having a child with and yet did so. And now he's shocked by what she's doing?? It's like Jeff Koons marrying and having a child with a porn star, and when they got divorced, wanted sole custody because he ex-wife-to-be used to be a porn star. Sorry to be so serious but it just drives me crazy because the men are so sanctimonious and yet are more culpable because they should have chosen a better mother for their children. I just feel so bad for the kids.
ReplyDeleteDenise is a nasty whore. What kind of show is she going to do? All the trips to the park for pictures?
ReplyDeleteWhat is it with str8t guys an man eating kooches?!!? Never looked into one myself, is it like looking into the sun and you are blinded afterward? He should have stuck with the hookers, far less humiliating then what this bitch is putting him thru, not to mention cheaper.
ReplyDeleteI can't stand either one of them. I do not care where they came from or how talented they are or aren't. They're trash. Rant away, Ent. You can tell us about the show because I doubt any of us will be watching. ITA, Brenda22.
ReplyDeleteAll I have to add is that she must be sleeping with the genius mind that came up with her having her own reality show.
ReplyDeleteProbably she will get more money if the kids are involved in the show too.
ReplyDeleteHe had a nasty attitude well before he was famous. I think he took this to court out of spite for Denise, not out of concern for the kids. If he's such a concerned father, maybe he should have raised the child he had in high school instead of having the mother and his own parents do it.
ReplyDeleteOf all people, Charlie knows what the Hollywood limelight does to impressionable young kids, but to his credit he has been sober, and drug free for many years now, it took a while to turn it around but he did it. Then, I have got to wonder what judge would allow this and why he is still on the bench since this is clearly not in the best interests of a 2 and 3 year old child(ren), and then I have to wonder why, this goes beyond child exploitation...Charlie has every right to try to stop this, I mean really can you say....Lohans, Britney, Hogans, etc.(I know there are more I am just drawing a blank now-and so tired of celebrities pimping out themselves and their families), and those children were older, but hey look how they turned out....
ReplyDeleteHey, what if the reality show was Super Nanny???
ReplyDeleteI would totally watch that! I love that show! It makes me feel better about my parenting skills.
Maybe Nanny Jo is doing a Celebrity Edition!
