I could maybe see Huckabee, but can't get on board with Romney (TOO committed to his family and his faith), McCain (seriously no way), OR Rudy. Honestly, Rudy? He's spent so much time legitimizing Judith, that I can't imagine he'd compromise that now when he's still got at least a slim chance in the polls. The man's a cad, but he's not stupid.
I just can't picture Obama fooling around with an aide, and we already know about Edwards, so I think it's down to Huckabee the Creep or Hillary the Jilted Wife.
Don't be so sure, Sara. Both parties are filled with ambitious people who are filled with ego and are a little short on morals. Part of the problem right now with our country is this 'my party right or wrong' thinking. It could be any one of them.
Twisted Sister - I have no illusions about the morals of the "leaders" of either party. My response was more that I feel that ENT would reveal a Republican over a Democrat. It would be more of a "shocker" to the average person, if the cheater were a Republican I'd think. (And for some reason I imagine an Austinite like ENT to be a Dem)
The funny thing is that probably right about now in EVERY candidate's corner, a team has their heads together, asking themselves how they're going to cover up this one ....

Jeez, there have even been legitimate stories on Hillary's aide Huma Abedin in vanity fair. Can't a savvy chick in politics be good looking without being accused of sleeping with her boss? I can't imagine it being Edwards. Yes, I saw the thing about his aide and the woman, and I don't believe that anyone would fall on the sword like that. If Young wasn't married, fine. If he was married with no children. Maybe. But married with children? What kind of ass would do that? Yes, I know. Probably a lot with enough incentive. But I think Young's wife would have to be in on it, wouldn't she? And I can't imagine two people being such screw ups as parents that they would subject their children to something like this.
That said, people make stupid mistakes all the time so even though I can't believe someone would be so incredibly stupid, I guess it's possible.
Re: the Kuciniches: some women find intelligence incredibly sexy. And from what is known about them, they seem to be really well matched. Well, except in the looks department. He did really well for himself, didn't he? :-)
