I just wanted to wish everyone in Canada and Canadians everywhere around the world a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope that you are enjoying your day off today, and that you had a wonderful time with your friends and family over the weekend. As the rest of the year unfolds, try and hang on to that warm and fuzzy feeling you had when you sat down to eat and you were surrounded by your friends and family. That warm and fuzzy feeling is what makes the other 364 days of the year bearable.
How very thoughtful of you Enty! Lovely sentiment for our northern friends (and fellow snarky posters).
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving Canadians; enjoy your special day!
How about a special blind item reveal to mark the holiday???
ReplyDeleteThanks guys! Regrettably that warm and fuzzy feeling rapidly turns into the "itis", constipation and family squabbles -just like Christmas but without the gifts. But a paid holiday is a paid holiday and I'm THANKFUL for that and my publicly funded health care!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving, Canadiens!!
ReplyDeleteYes! Happy Thankgiving all!!! i am enjoying this morning by lounging about in bed with coffee and a biscotti!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for thinking of us - Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
ReplyDeleteAnd many thanks to "insert your preferred deity" for family, friends, coffee and good health!
Thanks EL how very sweet of you.
ReplyDeleteMuch love from Canadaland.
