Phil Spector Thinks The Only Reason He Will Be Found Guilty Is Because The Judge And Jury Are Republicans

Last week, LA Superior Court Judge, Larry Fidler ruled that Phil Spector can only face 2nd degree murder charges, and that the jury will not be allowed to consider manslaughter charges.

Spector says the ruling is a result of the judge and jury not liking him and because they are all Republicans. Spector went on to say that he hates everyday coming into court and having the judge remind the jury they are there because someone died.

Spector also claimed the judge told Spector if he plead guilty that the judge would give Spector 8 years in prison. I'm not sure if Spector just dreamt that conversation or the years if drugs are finally eating at his brain, but no judge would say outright to a defendant that if he pleads guilty he will get so and so. That would indicate the judge was prejudiced against Spector and would be cause for an appeal, unless of course the Appellate panel is made up of Republicans.
