Getting weed through customs, even on chartered jets, over international lines is not as easy as you think. PLUS it is probably the riskiest career move ever. Said starlet probably just hooks up, (or has a minion hook up for her) in whatever country she is in so she doesn't end up with a Willie Nelson-esque rap sheet.
Trust me, I've smoked herb in many a place. It's so prevalent it's easy to find.
I know people who take weed through customs all the time. They wouldn't think of going anywhere without their weed, seriously. I'm not of that mind but no problem with those who are, just not my thing.
