Rumer Willis Working On Album

Well she can't be any worse than her father Bruce Willis who somehow seems to keep getting paying gigs for his soul stylings. Rumer has been singing since she was three years old but feels now is the right time to launch her singing career. "I have been singing since I was really little, which not a lot of people know, and so this album is one of those fun, personal things."

I'm sure that Rumer is a fine singer, or at least can hold a tune, but does every celebrity who has $10 extra in their pockets feel the need to go out and get a record deal or make their own record just so they can hear themselves sing and feel like they are multi-dimensional? Do they have something to say or are they just like every other actor/celebutante who has someone write the songs knowing their vision is going to be entwined forever with the warbling shriek of a Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan?

Rumer seems to be getting some acting work and she has shown that she is not going to necessarily always dress like Diane Keaton and so I think she should stick with that for awhile.
