Bonnaroo starts today. If you are a reader of the blog and are going, send me photos and I will post them. It can be the bands or the people or just you, puking your guts out from drinking warm, $10 beer. It's all good.
The 80's will always come back to haunt you. Whether it be Poison with their awful new album,
Def Leppard trying one more time to find that magic, or even Asia, yes Asia reuniting and proving they weren't a one album, two hit wonder.
If you like hip-hop, this is the ultimate concert.
The ten best songwriting and duos of all time. The Captain and Tenille aren't on the list, but MarrMorrissey squeaked into the top five. The list is filled with the people you would expect, but that is the problem with the list. There is no one really unexpected on it.
Love.
ReplyDeleteLove will keep us together.
Def Leppard will never again regain their glory days. Why? Because all the talent died when Steve Clarke died. He was the mastermind and the music man, directly responsible for every hit DL ever had.
ReplyDeleteRIP Steve!!!!!!!!!
Holy shit! Who knew Lindsay Buckingham was still alive?
ReplyDeleteOh to be at that music festival...
ReplyDeleteI would have put other people on that songwriting list. But yay for Moz.
Lindsay Buckingham reunited for the Fleetwood Mac concert a few years back (and the tour) and he's been doing solo for ages.
ReplyDeleteHe looks pretty darn good, though.
i would love to see Jill Scott in concert.
ReplyDeleteOMG!!!!! I love, LOVE me some Jill Scott! Can't wait for the next album. I don't understand why more people don't dig her... Joss Stone, Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen have NOTHING on her.
