Mario Lopez is a great dancer - but he's a lousy landlord! The Dancing With the Stars contestant has been slapped with numerous citations by the Los Angeles Housing Department for violations at an apartment building he owns. The 33-year-old actor's problems began when he was served with an illegal construction notice last year for starting construction on the building without the required permits. Since then he's faced repeated Housing Department citations and inspections forcing him to comply with codes. In March the city ordered Lopez into its rent reduction program, forcing him to slash the rent for his tenants.
