I’m not entirely sure how this is necessary. Also, did she just say she got rid of the “caramelised” layer bits? Isn’t that the most delicious part because that’s where all the juices go and sit on the surface? WTF?
I’ll probably just order one if I decide I need it.

People who make you want things you don’t need are NOT “helpful” (and I think I just described everyone in advertising and marketing).
