I haven't seen any of these films - and probably won't.
Oh, well.
Emma only because it's "her time to win" but after seeing it she was ok muuuuuch better than Gosling. However the movie was mediocre at best no idea why it got all the hype it did. It's feeble attempt at trying to be a throwback to the days of the MGM musical were lost due to the stiff performance by Gosling and dumb ending.
Meryl because I love her
Isabelle Huppert. She played a borderline evil character but it was a great performance and she's a great actress who has always been ignored by the Academy.

Emma was OK in Meh Meh Land... But there are far better performances in Elle and Loving.
I have not seen any of the movies, but my vote is for Negga because I like her surname.

I hate Oscar films but I am pulling for Negga solely based on her performance in Preacher.

This. Arrival was the best movie I've seen in ages, and she was wonderful in it.
Huppert and Negga were the best of the nominees. Amy Adams in Arrivial was the actual best.
Streep was terrible, and she has been for decades.
So they will give the award to Portman.
I am so over that chick...
Huppert deserves to win but I think the movie not exactly the type that Oscar goes for. She was amazing and the film was very well done, albeit a pretty sick and twisted little tale.
