Kate Upton Lands Third SI Swimsuit Cover
Kate Upton has become the fourth person to appear on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition four times. In an effort to sell more copies of the issue, SI has made three separate covers. Apparently all the talk that SI disliked working with Kate and that she was a pain doesn't really matter because she landed the cover.
Other women who did the cover three times include Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum and Christie Brinkley, who also is featured in this year's edition with her two daughters. Elle Macpherson holds the record with five cover appearances.
As for me, I don't even think I have looked at one of the issues since I was in about 8th grade. The issue does not sell like it did back in the day. It still is one of their best selling issues which is why they do it, but the luster has faded over time.

I thought she demanded the cover before she did the gig?
Wasn't a previous blind about her not getting the cover. Kate is face and boobs. That's it. The rest of her bod is just weird.
I think it was the cover or nothing.Kate won. Sometimes it pays to be difficult. Kate is just face and boobs, but as a Sports Illustrated model, that's all she needs.
Kate is just a face of boring boobs...
