If this is referring to CF, makes sense - he is probably traumatized by sex. :( Can't imagine trusting people and having intimate relationships after going through that.

The guy probably realizes that having sex with an intoxicated woman might meet the definition of rape and could lead to potentially catastrophic consequences for him. If it's him, he is said to suffer from chronic insomnia... Getting a woman drunk as such (intentionally rendering her helpless, defenceless and vulnerable), is the creepiest part of this blind. One way or another, if true, he is playing with fire in terms of reputation.
