STOP....Selena is being sought out by many movie execs right now because she is considered tinsel town's "it girl" & "the one to watch" so saying she is sleeping around to land roles is absurd and sexist AF. Rob Burnett the director & writer from her new film "The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving" said in a recent interview that Selena had her manager not tell him who she was prior from coming in to audition so he wouldn't be bias and she actually read for him 3-4 more times before landing the role. He also said that he was floored that she fought so hard to be a part of his little film because he knew there were a dozen other huge films that wanted to cast Selena on the spot but she turned them down because she feels the independent route like his film is where she needs to start to build on becoming the actress she wants to be.

If you have any medical knowledge on Lupus you would know its extremely harmful to consumed any cocaine because it induces the symptoms like a 100% and the person will end up being hospitalized. BTW, Selena has been working in the industry since she was like 7-8 years old and got her first prime time Emmy at the age of 16 for her show WOWP so if you mean climbing due to hard work then YES. In 2015 alone she landed a huge endorsement deal with Pantene, did 4 films, is now an executive producer in the Netflix miniseries 13 Reasons Why, released a chart topping album and now is about to launch a world tour. .

It is the general consensus among gossip sites that stars who claim to have serious illnesses like Lupus or Lyme disease are lying to cover up an addiction. I'm not saying it's true, I'm just saying it's the fuel for the forge.

Of course they claim that these illnesses are cover ups because then they would have to admit that ALL their that all their sources and conjured up stories they printed about them prior were false. Tell me how does it benefit Selena's career in Hollywood by having them now know that she has a disease that may prevent her from working or finishing a film or a world tour? For an actor or actress to officially come out with a disease like Lupus they are automatically red flagged as a liability which is why so MANY actors/musicians/models/athletes keep their medical issues confidential. Honestly having a alcohol/drug problem is the norm in the industry but having a debilitating disease life Lupus is not and I think it was very brave for Selena to come forward and be truthful with her fans even though it may hurt her from landing major roles in the future.

Selena had a cameo in an Oscar award winning film. Many people thought cameo was easlily 1 of the highlights of the film so I'm not sure what warrants Selena as a 'bad actress/talentless' but she is definitely on cdan's shitlist. It's so obvious & sad.

I've never seen her act, but I think she's adorable & has gorgeous hair. I enjoy some of her songs too. I do read a lot of bad stuff about her, but only on this site. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.
