Facing protests from the gay community in Pittsburgh and the loss of several key groups who participate in Pride activities, not to mention the City Council President who is openly gay, Iggy Azalea chose to cancel her appearance at the Pittsburgh Pride set for this weekend. Back in 2010, Iggy made several homophobic comments on Twitter and other forms of social media and those are all coming back to bite her now. It was pretty obvious from looking at the Tweets that she has some homophobia issues. When canceling her show which comes shortly after she announced the cancellation of her entire world tour, Iggy said,
After the threat of protests and everything else that would happen if she showed up, this was really her only choice.
