This very popular reality show family got quite the surprise when they discovered that a daughter in the family became pregnant by a crew member on the show. The crew member was "reassigned" to other duties. You all think you know the family but you might want to think outside the box and a different cable network than you are probably guessing too.

This is obviously somebody from Honey Boo Boo, but since I've never watched the show, I don't know how many daughters there are. I'm assuming it's the same daughter who was molested by the mother's boyfriend, though. Very sad situation.

John Barrowman did this really cool documentary on genetics & being gay. The study showed that the more boys you have the more likely your son will be gay. So if that really is true then there has GOT to be a gay Duggar.
The doc was called The Making of Me. It's definitely worth a watch.

I'm honestly confused. What family WOULD we have been incorrectly thinking of, then? The Duggars, and it's actually Anna Boo Boo (or what-the-hell-ever)? Or the other way around?

This is so sad, thought of this blind when I read about the Honey Boo Boo awfulness. The daughter was abused by Mom's boyfriend and then abused by a member of the crew years later. It's a pattern, betting Mama June has a similar pattern which is why she is drawn to child molesters. Glad the network took away the show to prevent this from going any further and bringing it to light.
Events of the past week make this a Honey Boo Boo blind. I don't know any of the other family members...just the mom and the kid who was in kiddie pageants.

Those poor kids have such a distorted view of normal. I feel very bad for them. I'm surprised the show was on this long. It always looked like child abuse/neglect to me. Couldn't watch.
If the girl did get pregnant by a crew member, I will bet my house she was made to get an abortion, because something like that would be hard to spin on the show without TLC looking like predators. And THAT incident is probably why they cancelled the show so quickly this week, and offered "councelling".
That Anna girl from Honey Boo Boo was pregnant before the tv show started, so doubt it is her, when the show first came on she was 6 months along as far as I remember (and not living with her family, she moved back just for the show). It must be another daughter, but none of them had/have kids.. I think one of them is 18 atm and the other 16. Anna is 20/21 now. So prolly the 18 year old.
@AKM: an obvious guess would be a Kardashian for example. Their family is riddled with mysterious baby daddies (Kourtney's kids look nothing like eachother, and Khloe is not a Kardashian by the looks of it)
It's not the eldest Thompson (boo boo family chick)...the one that was molested... She had her child +2....ago...the other daughters are 6, 8 10 or something....

The blind revisit is odd, because the 'circumstances of the past week' thing means it really needs to be the Honey Boo Boo lot, but also means that there should be some synergy in the circumstances. That part doesn't really gel.

Blind: relations between a crew member and a daughter on the show. Aren't most of those girls legally boinkable? Gross yes, but not illegal?
Don't get me wrong, there's no part of this story that isn't tawdry and/or grotesque. I'm just struggling to conceive the connection. Unless it's as simple as 'let's point and laugh at the rednecks,' I suppose. Which on the balance actually seems quite likely.
